This page was not working for me yesterday. I logged out, cleared my cookies and history, and closed the browser. Reopened and logged in on the My Movies page, then went to Disc to Digital and it was fine.

The print list is only one of the irritating bugs with this page. The other is that typing titles that start with certain letters into the search box hangs the page. A year ago it was titles that started with "C" and "R". Then months ago I noticed it was titles that started with "B". The last couple of weeks it's been titles that start with "H". It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but depending on what day it is it will happen 40-80% of the time.

Once I type in a title that starts with "H", the auto-complete doesn't work (it doesn't display any titles that would ordinarily match. Once you get to this state it doesn't matter if you clear the field and try a different letter from scratch - it's now broken and nothing will work). Once this happens I have to reload the page (not refresh, reload) and then copy the title into the search field with <CTRL><C> (I can't type it, I have to copy it from the clipboard). Half the time even that doesn't work as the page won't even display correctly after reload; in many it cases the entire page simply goes white - no address bar, no nothing - just white. When that happens I have close and reopen the browser. Depending on the starting letter of the titles I'm entering, over the course of 2-3 hours I usually have to reopen my browser somewhere between 5 and 20 times (sometimes more - it's very temperamental!)

Now why is it that I must paste the title name into the search field instead of being able to type it in order for the page not to crash? I consistently experience this behavior using multiple browsers including Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. This is clearly a bug that's been there for a long time that the developers just can't seem to get a handle on.

EDIT: I should add that I'm using Windows 8.1 with (usually) the latest updates.

I just tried to replicate your issue with all of the letters mentioned in your post and was not successful. It works for me. I did file a bug for this issue for the prior instance this was reported and have added your case to the bug to see if an engineer can replicate it.

Filipe, are you using a Chrome browser because these bugs happen with me using Chrome.
