Please be patient. You will get it. From my understanding on how this works, these credits all need to be implemented manually. Therefore, it's going to be on a first-in/first-out basis. The customer service guys are busy with a lot on their plate right now - helping new users, providing credits, etc. They are simply swamped from the holidays. You will get your credits. They do know about your inquiry and they will get it taken care of as soon as possible.

I assumed this to be the case. But there is no denying that this "leave the customer in the dark" + "never mention the real details, during or after the order" method of doing business is very, very bad.

I simple alert, email, notice with the shipment would save your company a LOT of customer badwill.

Well, the details are probably in "small print" T's and C's somewhere. But the credit can't be applied to your box until it is activated. Vudu needs the box ID number tied to your account and w/o that ID number, it's meaningless. You need an active box. So they can't just give it to you upon shipment, etc.

VUDU is usually very quick to respond to support requests, so I assume they've been hit by a double-whammy of a positive response to specials and year-end vacations/holidays.

I feel for the new customers though, so I hope y'all get your credits soon I suppose now might be a good time to look at "99 for 99" specials though

Dag nabbit - it's those dang hanging chads again!

I warned Vudu about having the customer movie credits processed in Florida. Now we're having to count the movie credits by hand, so it's going to take a few more days

No, Ed, I think they are being handled by the wonderful folks in Minnesota. So expect to get multiple fifty dollar credits.

If not, at least you'll get a free Stuart Smalley bobble doll.
