    Beta Testing Questionaire

Is it just me or is the questionnaire not structure properly.

The drop downs only allow you to select one item and for most of us I would think that multiple items from each drop down apply.

If for example they are looking for Android people but Android is the last item on the list and someone also has an iPad they might select iPad if it's a higher item even though they might use the iPad first.

    My thoughts:
Question should be which devices do you own and use (select all)
Which device do you use most (select one)
Do you you an Android device (if say the test is for Android) (select yes or no)

    The same goes for Network:
You shouldn't have to select Wired or Wireless. If you have a Roku and an iPad you might run the Roku on Wired, but iPad can (really) only run wireless.

I would think if the questionnaire is to determine a pool of people for multiple different pools of testing currently and in the future it should allow multiple selections.

However, if the questionnaire is for one specific pool of people then the questions can be one selection but should be specific in what they're asking for. IE if they only want to test Roku performance right now it should ask: Do you use Roku, or is Roku your primary viewing box.

In my case I have multiple ways I view Vudu, on multiple types of networks, with multiple speeds, and on multiple types of displays.

Just trying to help but don't want to exclude myself due to structure of the questions.

    Anyone else have thoughts ?

Try to select the device that you use the most.

PC/Web Browser wasn't an option to select.. Had to go with least used.

We use our Roku the most, but that wasn't an option. So I selected the one we use second, a game system. Granted, I can use whichever I am supposed to for the beta.

When I attempted to submit my completed survey, I got an error message saying the page I was submitting to was unavailable. I was not able to go back and re-do or re-send the survey. Does this mean I was rejected?

              Hi Jeff,

I just responded to your email. It looks like the system had a hiccup. I do see your application so you're all set.
