I assume it's even worse coming over Comcast's coax?

I have noticed that about HD in general. Now that almost everything I watch on TV is in HD, I hardly notice or bother to appreciate it any more. That is, until I go back and watch an SD TV program (way worse than SD DVD) and I wonder how I could ever tolerate it.

Just plugged my box into my HD set today. At first glance I didn't see the difference -- then after bouncing back and forth comparing scenes between the Bourne Identity DVD, the SD version I rented, and the HD version, the HD version is definately superior! I can appreciate the additional detail -- looks great! Now I'm spoiled ... me want more ...

    Ken,

    I forgot to ask...

How'd the movies look and sound in your theatre? Does it give you hope for the future?

There are technical reasons to this that I'm not able to get into but let's just say the demands of streaming HD content are much higher than SD. Future HD content will be streamed.

The easiest way at this point to give customers a guaranteed best possible experience was to preload the movies.

I just did some spot checks. From what I saw it was crystal clear HD all the way.

If you could find some time in your precious schedule to log onto the BETA forum, you'd learn the answer to your question. Of course you'd also know that we can't answer that question in the public forum. Do you need your password reset or guided instructions how to log onto the beta forum?

I'm a conservative but I must not be a very good one b/c I had no clue that it was a slap in the face to me.

The first one was interesting and had great action, the second a bit boring but did have some action and a cover up...

I suggest you stay away from Ratatouille too. Those socialist French allowing a rat to become a chef - for shame ....
