I'm REALLY hoping FelipeF or one of the other administrators could help me with this.
I haven't really gotten anywhere with the regular Vudu Customer Service. I tried to redeem the UV code for this title, and I realized VUDU does not have a Redemption Page for it. So, I went to MYUV.com to redeem it, and the picture came up of the title, showed that it was a valid code and asked me to choose the site to redeem it at, which was only the one choice of VUDU. I clicked on it, which took me to VUDU, and it gave me the error message that the redemption offer was not available. I have sent VUDU Cus. Serv., per their requests, photos of the redemption slip and the Redemption page on MYUV.com to prove that it is a valid working code, but I keep being told by VUDU that CHUCK: Season 5 is not UV enabled. I, in turn, have told them several times now that they can look on their own website and see the little UV logo on all of the episodes of CHUCK: Season 5, and only that season. But, again, I keep being told that the title is NOT UV-enabled, and I'm told to look for the UV logo to identify UV-enabled content, which I keep stating to them is what it is on their own website. The last message they left me was that they couldn't handle it, and that I needed to contact the studio behind the title which they said was NBC-UNIVERSAL. And, AGAIN, they have the wrong information. If you just casually look at the photo of the redemption insert, it clearly states that WB is the studio behind it.
So, if FelipeF or one of the other admin. could look at this case, I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it. Thank you, in advance, for your help with this matter, and please let me know if there is anything you need from me.
