I don't have high hopes. But if it's a myuv issue shouldn't Vudu wait until myuv fixes it? Until then it should keep its UV status.
I'm still waiting for my d2d UHD movies back I upgraded from HD, not even a refund, Vudu won't refund d2d.

I call bull. A bait-and-switch it is. Glad I held off on buying them.
Unfortunately I did not. Used my 30% off code on this only to be swindled. Ugh. Should have known VUDU would do this to me again with their UV licenses after my Adventure Time debacle. Amazon Video seems to want my money more and more now with Movies Anywhere.

Weird...I'm still showing seasons 3 - 9 in my ultraviolet library on myuv.com. I would assume they are the authority on what has an UV license.

Unless Vudu just doesn't have the UV license, even though one exists (like how Fandangonow used to have non-Disney Movies Anywhere Disney movies).

While in the process of getting seasons 1 and 2 UV enabled, we were then told that the whole thing was an error. MyUV should have not advertised Seinfeld as UV enabled.

Now the question is, why would MyUV advertised if they never got the rights? I can't see any place advertising something before hand. Seems Sony was on board, then plugged the plug. Shame on Sony.

It's one thing to advertise it, it's another to have them able to be in my uv library. I'm bracing myself for them to be removed...which is no big deal as I use Vudu for tv show play back anyway.

Same here, so no biggie for me, but I know others who are going to be hurt by this "mistake" Someone is a fault here, either MyUV or Sony. I just don't see MyUV posting that a title is going to be UV before they even know for fact themselves. Seems as though Sony is behind this bait-and-switch.

Ok, so we got some clarification about Seinfeld's UV status. Seinfeld: Season 1-9 will be UV enabled for those who purchased this show digitally, only. UV status does not apply to those who redeemed the show with a code. This is how it was intended by the studio.

Thanks for the update! Any idea of when Season 1 and 2 will be fixed? Also, anyway of changing the listing from Season "1" to "1-2" on the Vudu listing?

Clearly Sony's people don't keep updated on their own releases... lol

How on Earth could myuv.com have my seasons of Seinfeld registered in my library if they don't actually have whatever it is they need from Sony? I really think Sony may be wrong about Seinfeld not being Ultraviolet. Like....if I contact Vudu and say "Hey movie ZZZZZZ should be Ultraviolet", and they Vudu incorrectly applies "ultraviolet rights" to the title, could it be registered at myuv.com even if myuv.com doesn't have authorization that the title is actually Ultraviolet?

Sony, IMO, is TERRIBLE when it comes to Ultraviolet. I have UHD codes redeemed, done through Sony's site (before Movies Anywhere), which registered 4k versions of titles at myuv.com. Vudu has yet to get UHD versions of these titles, so I can ONLY play them back on a Sony tv or device and a Sony app (which I don't have). Those titles are Movies Anywhere titles now, and UHD over at Fandangonow or Amazon, but I can't register them as UHD in Movies Anywhere because MA pings my Vudu library to see what UV titles I have (instead of myuv.com directly). So if Vudu doesn't have the UHD version of a Sony movie that is UHD in at myuv.com, it won't register at MA, and I (probably) will never get to watch it in UHD.

Edit: Forget it. I see now that there was never a code.

My friend told me that she purchased the complete series bundle and it did not transfer to her UV account. I wonder if MyUV.com took it out of their system?
