Despicable Me 3 - Very Low Volume

We started watching Despicable Me 3 last night and had to crank up the volume to nearly the max level on our receiver. We haven't had this issue before, and I tested numerous other titles and services and Despicable Me 3 was much lower and difficult to hear.

Is there a way to check if there is something wrong with the sound level on this one? I was streaming the UHD version, so I need to check if the HDX version does the same.

I also just purchased the UHD movie and toggled between UHD and HDX, no audio on UHD or a ticking noise, and sound on the HDX was ok.

What device(s) were you playing this on? (i.e. Roku to X receiver to Y model TV, TV with HDMI ARC back to receiver, etc) If we can get that info, we can try to reproduce it...

Q7 Samsung hdmi arc, works on playback for atmos on Kong and dd+ for the HDX version just when you try to play the UHD version there is no sound or ticking sound. My receiver is a Denon AVR x6300H with a 5.2.4 playback

I using TCL Roku TV to Onkyo 605 receiver. All other UHD titles play fine (or did in the past when we watched them). We watched in in HDX on a different Roku and TV last night and it was normal. I didn't get a chance to do more testing on the UHD version on the other setup.
