Last night I refreshed my VUDU-MA connection and lost ~1600 movies from VUDU and MA.

Very odd... a bunch of other folks on the Blu-ray.com forums and Google Plus have also had success by unlinking VUDU from MA and then relinking the two services. It's important to note that you should NOT unlink UltraViolet AT ALL -- at least not while MA is linked -- because that's what caused this mess in the first place.

Could be they haven't rolled the fix out to everyone yet and I just got lucky... here's hoping for a resolution for others soon!

I doesn't seem to affect all of us because at the suggestion of Lionsgate, I unlinked Vudu and UV and the relinked to see if it would fix the Deepwater Horizon UHD issue and I still have all my movies just as before. I'm also linked with MA at the same time. However, it didn't fix the issue where UV is still indicating HD instead of UHD on this title.

        84 UHD
        857 HDX
        2 SD

Lionsgate isn't part of Movies Anywhere, so that's probably why. I've found unlinking MA before unlinking UV and then relinking in reverse order prevents titles from going missing. Still troubling that this happens at all, hopefully they've applied a fix to prevent it from happening in the future.

Unlinking and relinking Vudu to MA finally worked for me.

Awesome. Looks like they are back. Finally. I was truly getting concerned. Both parties were putting the fix on each other and it wasn?t looking good.

Today. I un-linked my M.A. account to VUDU and then re-linked. Hallelujah. It be fixed. FINALLY.

I'm absolutely judging Movies Anywhere for this mess. They are the ones who asked me to unlink my Ultraviolet account from VUDU.

I think I've learned a valuable lesson from this new Movies Anywhere world (mind you: in theory, I like what M.A. offers better than UV)... only buy directly from VUDU, iTunes, Amazon, or Google. Don't redeem codes from the studio sites and certainly don't use UV services like FandangoNow for purchases.

Oh well. Happy it's solved. Lesson learned.

No activity in this thread for a few months, but I came across it because I've lost at least one movie (Spider-Man: Homecoming) from my Vudu account and my MA account. MA rep said it's a Vudu problem. I unlinked and relinked my accounts to no avail.

The movie was not acquired on Vudu. It was at one time importing from UV and MA. Perhaps you've linked a different UV/MA account to your Vudu account?

I'm not sure what you mean. It was redeemed via VUDU and it shows up in my history as owning on 11-12-17. I only have one Vudu and MA account.

Login to your UV account and check to see where it was redeemed. From my records I'm not seeing any UV rights for Spider-Man: Homecoming from the UV account linked to the Vudu account using the same email address as your forum account.

This same exact issue even down to the same titles has happened to me. I’m not sure how long ago it happened but all the titles I’m missing are still showing under my purchase history on vudu. I have about 2000 titles and went to watch underworld and the only one that came up was blood wars. Any help from a mod would be incredibly appreciated as I’ve reached out to support 2-3 times and haven’t gotten any help. They advised me I needed an account merger and that would “solve everything”. That was months ago and nothing ever came of it.
