    I purchased a number of blurays which showed up automatically in my Vudu account all as HDX except for Backdraft which showed up as SD. I submitted a ticket to support but, never heard back.

    ANy word on if Maleficent will be a Instawatch title? I know that most Disney titles are not (so far), but the sticker we saw on Guardians of the Galaxy indicates that it will be.

    Few questions:

    1. How do you unlink?
    2. If you unlink, can you link a different account?
    3. What happens if your email address is shared between V and W? Do the accounts remain separate for the purposes of acct management? Specifically payment methods.

    I'd like to ask again regarding Unlinking my vudu and walmart accounts. Here's my situation. The email linked to my Vudu account, I have a walmart account with the same email.

    I absolutely cannot place an online order with that account. My orders are immediately canceled. That means no instawatch for online orders. Walmart CS has been useless and can't answer why this happens

    Does anyone have any advice?

    If your WM and Vudu accounts use the same email address do you have to link them for this to work correctly? My accounts on both sites use the same email address but when I log into my WM account, under My Account -> Vudu Account History, it shows my WM account hasn't been linked to Vudu.

    EDIT: I found the answer in the FAQ. I also placed an order and received the Vudu email with the digital copy redemption link with no problem.

    I just pre-ordered a couple movies and it worked perfectly got an email within an hour woot woot

    Please keep in mind that not all Walmart.com purchases will be available for Instawatch. Once the above fix is in place, it should give you an idea if you should have received the Instawatch email or not.

    That's cool maybe Ill give it another try but how can you tell if it's available for instawatch? Is it basically all UV studios?

    I've done 2 pre-orders (Hobbit DOS extended and Deliver us from Evil) but neither offered me the option of store pick up but gave free shipping. Hobbit still added instantly but I had to wait a few hours for Deliver Us From Evil email to arrive.

    Oh good I thought I was losing my mind lol! Yeah I did not have any luck with my online shipping order either. I received it but never got an email from them with a code but they are aware of it.
