The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).               Decided to try it. Ordered Titanic 3D, Robocop (1987), and preordered Expendables 3.

              Within 15 minutes Titanic and Expendables 3 was added to my account. However in the email it shows the new picture of the new Robocop being added to my account but I already had that version.

              It is a cool idea and hopefully they work out some of the kinks.

              Dan, can you help with getting the right movie added to my account?

                I tried it as well but no luck. I've actually received the physical copies from walmart.com but have not heard a peep from Vudu. I tried walmart support but they just told me to go ask Vudu. I wrote Vudu about 48 hours ago and have had no response. Disappointing.

                  My InstaWatch order from walmart.com never came with the email from vudu or updated to my account. I was told by cs that I'd receive the email the date the shipment was scheduled to be RECEIVED (per walmart). What a joke! To top it off I received the shipment earlier than expected so I added the title via the UV codes. So instawatch means nothing.

                    I thought I would give it a try too. I ordered 9 movies on the 17th from Walmart.com. They all came in the mail yesterday and I still haven't received an email from VUDU. I wrote Walmart support and they said I should talk to VUDU support. I emailed VUDU support going on 48 hours ago and still haven't heard anything from them. I'm beginning to think that they were trying to be ironic naming this service "Instawatch". Perhaps a disclaimer should be added that the name is in no way meant to imply that you will be able to watch these titles right after purchase. It means that you can instantly watch the titles after they are put into your list of movies which may take up to 8 days or more. I'm thinking they got ahead of themselves when they made the service go live and are now swamped by more demand for the service than they anticipated. Very disappointing.

                      The CS reps seem to be making stuff up as they go. I can verify the email should come almost instantly. The emails I did get came within 5 minutes of ordering. If the email did not come within 5 minutes I just never got one. My online order that DanielH is looking into was shipped monday and I received it yesterday and no email ever came. I ended re-ordering a couple of the movie individually for store pickup and the emails came almost instant.

                        Ordered 5 Blu-ray on the 23rd, all showed up in Vudu within minutes, albeit, 2 (The Nutty Professor and High Plains Drifter) in SD. I've yet to receive an email.

                            I just got an e-mail from Savings Catcher:

                            Your receipt has been processed.

                            Savings Catcher couldn't match any of the products on your receipt, either because none were advertised by a competitor or they were not eligible for the Savings Catcher program.
                            The two movies on the receipt (both purchased and scanned to Savings Catcher on Thursday 10/23) are still not in my collection.
