52 movies I own have disappeared from my Vudu account.

    I recently had an issue where at least a couple of movies were not visible under "My Movies", but if I searched for them on Vudu, they showed up as Owned. Unlinking and relinking my UV account fixed that, those movies are now visible on all devices.

    My entire Friday the 13the Collection has gone missing.
    Everything is currently linked in my UV account so that isn't the problem
    It shows where I entered it on my account history.
    But when I manually pull up any of those movies it shows I do NOT own any of them.

    It turns out that I had to re-link my Vudu account, but not the other retailers. So now all my movies are showing up correctly. For some reason my Vudu UV account was unlinked. I think it happened after watching one of my UV movies on the PS3 yesterday. This is probably a coincidence, but who knows.

    Thanks for your help! I never did receive a response from the case I opened with Vudu, but maybe they were just monitoring this thread instead............whatever, it's fixed.

    I just checked mine and all mine were still linked. As mentioned I have no idea why it randomly does this but it does. Re linking should get you back up and going but it does take some time to put those movies back. I would think a day at most. In the Disc to Digital section of this forum there is a thread titled "Error linking Vudu to UV account" and on the last page it shows others are having the same issue as you and those people after relinking are also having issues of some of their movies slow to reload.

    I just confirmed that my CinemaNow UV purchases are also not linked to my UV account. I unlinked and relinked it but still nothing. Now when I look at my linked services on my UV website account, NO services are listed as linked (which has just changed in the last 30 minutes because earlier it did show all my retailer linked services). So all this tells me that something is going on with the UV website. Perhaps some maintenance/improvements are going on that is causing all the havoc. But I would think I'm not the only one that this is happening to if this is the case. I will just give it a couple of days to see if everything comes back to normal before trying to contact UV support.

    Yes, it appears that all the UV movies purchased on Flixster and possibly other retailer sites are not linked to my UV account anymore. I unlinked and relinked my Flixster account several times, but so far the movies aren't showing up on the UV site or Vudu. I sent an email to Flixster support. Thanks for the information.

    I would like to hear from anyone who also has this issue that started today. I'm curious if I'm the only one or not.

    Go to UVVU dot com and check your personal settings to see if all your accounts are linked. Every so often a provider will update their software and you'll have to link that provider to get your movies back. Happened to me once or twice. No rhyme or reason as to why but I'd start there.

    52 movies I own have disappeared from my Vudu account. Has this happened to anyone else? I will open a case with Vudu, but thought I should notify everyone in case I'm not the only one. I haven't yet identified which movies. I went from 1,426 owned to 1,374 today. This is concerning to me with all that I have invested.
