Maleficent Digital HD only for ITunes?

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I'm just curious if the Maleficent Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD is only for DMA and ITunes? I tried redeeming the code on digitalcopyplus.com multiple times but I got the invalid code message. Even the insert said to go to digitalcopyplus.com/maleficent.

On the back of the case it does shows "Digital HD Work on ITunes". I didn't realize this until now and assumed that it'll work for Vudu too (front says Digital HD) since my previous Disney purchases worked (Frozen, Planes, Oz, latest Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid). I ended up redeeming on DMA. Is there a version that works on Vudu?

If the preverbal bus arrives at the station on 11/18 like we expect, the one title will be available for playback on three providers, no matter where DC+ redeemed it too. That is a bit of good news.

I had the same problem with a different movie not redeeming. I called Disney and they gave me a new code. They are gong to ask you about where you bought it from and the UPC#.

That was it! I contacted the Disney's support at DC+ and they gave me a new code.

I looked at the back cover of all my previous Disney movies and they all mentioned only ITunes, so the code for Maleficent that came with the insert was indeed invalid at DC+.

I hope everyone's belief that DMA can be linked to Vudu in a few weeks is true and we won't have to worry about this.

Re: Maleficent Digital HD only for ITunes?

When I redeemed Maleficent at DC+, I got the usual set of DC+ providers including Vudu. (I redeemed it at another provider since Vudu should be joining DMA shortly.)

What may confuse some people is a slight change Disney made to the DC+ site: If you click the DMA banner at DC+ before your DC+ redemption, the DC+ options will disappear. That can be avoided by using your DC+ redemption first (at DC+ or Vudu), or by redeeming it for DMA separately at DMA or DMR.

I redeemed on VUDU then entered the code on DMR. Best of all worlds...got it in VUDU and iTunes and DMA.
