The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    Is the new app available on iOS only? I checked Google Play, and no update that I could see.

      I installed the new version on my iPad. I had a few movies downloaded, and now none of them will play. When I select "Watch Movie" it crashes. I can not download anything. I gives me "Problem Downloading" pop up.

      Now what?

        I had the same issue. I had to delete the app from my iPad and then re-download it. I had to re-download the movies I had saved, but everything worked great after that. It was an inconvenience, but perhaps understandable as this appears to be such a ground-up reworking of the app.

          Love the new iOS format. Larger cover art. Faster loading of the cover art (before some covers wouldn't load). Love the search feature at top of page and scrolling down is way faster. Love it.

            I had the same issue - the delete and reinstall seems to have fixed it. I went ahead and completed a download and tested to be sure the download plays OK. All looks good now.

              I did the delete and reinstall. It's working now. Seems this is not the first time they didn't test an upgrade to ensure it works. It's a pain to download movies all over when I upgrade. At least they could warn a guy.

                  Our apologies for this, we realize it's an inconvenience to have to re-download your movies. We're working on a fix to resolve the issue.

                          I've discovered a new bug with the iOS app: the TV show bundles (i.e. Sopranos Complete Series, Arrested Development Seasons 1-3, Lost Complete Series, Batman Complete Series) are now all showing up in 'My Movies' instead of 'My TV'.

                            They just updated it a couple of days ago but didn't fix the problem with some TV Series showing up under "Movies". My "Little House on the Prairie" is still showing up under movies after the latest update.
