Vudu Forum Guidelines

The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information

    New Titles - Unable To Purchase (SERIOUSLY!)

    What the heck is Vudu doing? They roll out a new "look" that no one asked for or wanted, and now I cant even buy titles? What gives? Seriously, what in the world are you people doing over there?

    Seriously, I can't even check out or add a new title to my cart to purchase?

    Whomever thought this was a good idea should be fired. Worst idea ever.

    How can I purchase titles I want to add to my library? The App won't let me and now even the web browser won't work or allow me to purchase titles.

    Do you want to lose customers? Cuz this is exactly how you lose customers.

    Horrible.

    What device are you using? Have you cleared your cache for your web browser? Perhaps give customer care a call so we can walk you through the process. 1 (888) 554-8838

      Seriously though... Click on a title to purchase... says Log In to complete transaction. Complete Log In, and nothing... cant complete or purchase. Tried FireFox, Chrome, and IE, all the same thing and same problem.

        Its kind of unbelievable to me that you would need to walk me through the process of buying a movie off of your website considering I own 1700+ already. Believe me when I say I'm plenty familiar with the process.

        I have tried 2 different computers (not a TV device). Tried personal Lap Top and Desk Top Computer.

        Tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE. (Different browsers)

        I already contacted your 800 number, and after a 25 minute wait on hold, they walked me through the same things I had already done (Clear browse history, cache, etc) and nothing has been fixed.

        Go back to your old functioning website design, at least that worked.

          I love the new design! I must say some features are missing but I'm sure Vudu will roll those out eventually. Could your issue be network related? Sounds like you cannot login for some reason.

            I own over 10,000 movies on vudu, have tried multiple computers with Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. No purchase options (while logged in). Cleared Cache and still nothing.

            PS3 still allows me to purchase, but that device hasn't been updated. This is only on the new website update

                    Tried pulling up vudu.com on the ipad and it wouldnt work, and cannot upload pictures on the work network.IMG_9588.PNG


                    Heres a bunch of screenshots with the ipad on the work computer instead.

                    I own HDX of Blade Runner 2049, and cannot watch / purchase UHD.
