Have tested on 2 different ISPs so far, all 3 browers (FF, IE, Chrome). TDS Fiber, and AT&T U-Verse. Both exhibit the same problem. Items show as available to be purchased, but as soon as you log in, the option to purchase (all buttons, Rent, Buy HDX, Buy Disc (with digital) disappear) and the transaction cannot be completed.

One of my engineers believes this is a local network issue, most likely a firewall/proxy issue that's blocking a crucial component. Try lowering the firewall settings and see if that works. We will be rolling out a patch for this sometime mid next week.

Thanks very much, Felipe, and I am very sorry if my initial post seemed rude. I know you guys work very hard, this was just very disappointing, as I am battling the flu currently, and all I wanted to do was rest in bed and catch up on some movies today.

I very much appreciate your attentiveness and help in getting this resolved. Will let you know if I am able to get anything working when I adjust my firewall settings, otherwise hopefully the patch solves the issue going forward.

        Thank you again.

No worries, hope you feel better sooner than later. We just want to hammer out all of these pending issues. Let me know of your results.

I am having the exact same issue. After logging in, I do not have the ability to purchase a movie. Just an option to watch a trailer or add it to my wishlist. If I logout, the purchase buttons show up. I'm pretty disappointed as well in the quality of the new version but I do like the new look.

My screen looks exactly the same as other posters. I tried 2 different ISPs including my private work one. I will try Verizon when I get home. Also, I tried buying through movies anywhere but the purchase never completes. Interestingly, it works fine through Amazon.

Purchases do not work through movies anywhere either. If I logout, I get the purchase button but it makes you login to purchase and then just hangs.

I just tried watching the title "Blade Runner 2049" on my Chrome browser on Windows 10 and it's working just fine.

Is there any update to this issue? I am having the same problem. Cannot watch or purchase off of PC. Any info would be great.
                    Thanks!

I am having the same issue. I go to buy a film and once I log in, the button to buy the film disappears and it only gives me the option to watch the trailer. I am trying to take advantage of the $9.99 sale that Vudu is having for today only and I cannot even do that. Didnt have this problem on Friday, everything was showing up correctly, but today is an entirely different story. Hopefully, this will get fixed today, so I wont miss out on that sale.

                          Hey Felipe,

                          This is still not resolved.

I tried messing with my Firewall settings to no avail, as soon as I log in the options to purchase disappear.

In addition, I was able to buy a title finally, but in order to do so I had to purchase it via your ROKU client. Still cannot purchase using normal web browsers or any other method.

Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. Our fix should be out soon, we are still conducting more testing to ensure we get this right.

Thanks, Felipe. Just tried again today and it appears the fix has been put into place. I can finally purchase titles when logged in to Vudu. THANK YOU!
