It may be possible you have used up all of your UV sharing slots? There is some kind of limit. There is also a limit on connected devices. Not sure what these limits are - I believe they have change a little over the years.

If your sister is the main UV account holder she may have to be the one to do the sharing. Not positive on this though.

        Re: Vudu Sharing

VUDU's sharing is handled behind-the-scenes by your linked Ultraviolet account.

This can be accessed here: https://www.myuv.com/en/us/settings/users

One master library can be shared amongst six different logins/users. And any of those 6 sharing users can be classified as "standard" or "full."

But it's all still one shared UV library, that allows for VUDU sharing on distinct accounts.

If need be, you can merge separate libraries to create the one master library. But that merge is irreversible.

My VUDU account says I am sharing to an email, but when I go to myuv.com, that same email isn't listed under users. Is there a way to remove/readd?

What you see at myuv.com is correct. What you see on Vudu.com is simply data placeholders for your previous invites.

You can definitely invite/remove users from your UV account at myuv.com.

I added a user to my account long back. I still see that user, and I can remove it. The buttons to add new users are gone from myuv.com. Not sure why.

Perhaps contacting UV customer care is in order. We are not aware of any changes.

If I share via Vudu (as opposed to the old way through the UV site) will this provide access to my Disney (DMA) films as well?

                              Neither method shares DMA titles.

I've always had good service from Vudu. UV, on the other hand, not so much. Every response seems auto-generated, like no one even reads emails.
