    Customer Service Problem over 1 month old/Instawatch related

    FelipeF, I know how busy you are, but I wanted to take a chance and reach out to you. I have been waiting over a month for resolution on two cases of INSTAWATCH not putting the movie in my account. I have spoken with Customer Service several times, and they have told me just to be patient and wait for the fix. But, neither case is listed as pending in the SUPPORT area of my account. In fact, one of the cases was closed, with no resolution, 3 days after I first put it in. I had to call them to get them to open it up again. Although I have brought up the fact that neither case is viewable, they insist that the cases are still pending and that I shouldn't worry. Those cases are:
    XXX-THE RETURN OF XANDER CAGE [Incident: 180103-000284] (and first purchased on NOVEMBER 23rd) and 2 GUNS [Incident: 180111-000631]. VUDU CS has e-mails of my Walmart.com receipts from both purchases. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, as always, FelipeF, and I appreciate all of the hard work you do.     I agree about "customer service". November 23rd is almost 3 months ago. I think you've been patient long enough.

    Any issues I've had with VUDU has been resolved by posting in this Forum. I never put in support tickets for the same reasons you've listed in your post. The Forum is much more effective. Usually. Good luck.

      Sadly, you are absolutely right, Sandra. People like FelipeF and DanielH are saints about picking up whatever slack gets left by VUDU CS. I always start with a support ticket but usually have to rely on these two gents to get me to the finish line.

        I've got a similar issue (and similar time frame, it's been nearly a month) that I posted about here:

        As far as I can tell from support chats, Instawatch was broken for Walmart.com transactions in January.

        Support has no way to tell if it is working again or not, and FelipeF hasn't commented on the thread, so no idea if the underlying issue was fixed and I'm just waiting for someone in CS to get around to the ticket, or if Instawatch for Walmart.com -> VUDU is still broken.

        Would love to know what's going on as I've been holding off on some purchases so I can avoid the hassle of filing another ticket.

          Gamescan, I know what you're feeling. I want to make some purchases, but I just don't know if INSTAWATCH works anymore. I will say that in November, I made 3 purchases, and 2 of them did go through. Hopefully, this will all get sorted out soon.

            I didn't realize that we could no longer see our support cases? What happened to them and if someone figures out how to see them, let us know?

            Never mind, I found it under:

            https://support.vudu.com/?supportPage=home

            Then select the "Your Account" tab and there you'll find all your cases.

              What I do is switch to desktop mode and then I can see them same as when I am on a computer. Glad to know we can see them on mobile as well.

                Except mine are showing there. The last case listed was cancelled by VUDU 3 days after they logged it. I called up to re-open the case, and unfortunately, open up a separate one for another movie. I have spoken to VUDU Customer Service 3 times since, and all three people have told me, "Don't worry that you can't see it online. We have those cases open and still pending." So, here I sit, just waiting for someone to talk to me.

                  So about a month ago I purchased 5 Instawatch movies. never got the email. First I called VUDU and complained the rep didn't have a clue what the issue was. Then I called Walmart and they told me to call VUDU. Then I called Walmarts executive office and they were even more clueless and told me the movies I purchased weren't instawatch. I had to take screenshots to show them they were. 24 hours later I get an email from VUDU telling me there was an issue and they added them to my account.
