Hello, I am just wondering why Disney movies continue to be in the "Insta Watch" category? There is nothing instant about it. I just ordered Toy Story 3D, Toy Story 2 3D, and Toy Story Terror on Walmart.com and they all said Insta Watch on them but as soon as I went to go watch them on VUDU it said I need the code for each title. I still haven't received my movies through the mail yet and got a generic answer from my case response. All titles that require a digital copy code to be redeemed via Insta Watch should not be considered Insta Watch. It is false advertising.

I believe there was another thread about this. But, I agree it is confusing that you receive an Instawatch email for Disney movies. Unfortunately, you'll need to redeem the code that comes with your movie in order to add it to your account.

Thank you for the response. Sorry I posted in the wrong thread.

Hello Dan. I opened a ticket for #150116-000043

The Blu Ray was The Dark Knight.

I also bought Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises and they did not show up on instawatch either (they had a UV code though).

Have you check under "Account Info"? That's where mine showed up and I had to press redeem to get them added.

Re: Instawatch and Black Friday titles

I bought the original Robocop from Walmart.com and was given the remake via InstaWatch. I just called in to customer service and was told to take a screenshot of my receipt and email it in. He said I couldn't forward the email, it had to be a screenshot.

Oddest request I've ever had on a customer service call. Made stranger by the fact he openly admitted that he had access to my receipt already, since my accounts are connected.

It's already been fixed. I wasn't really complaining, I just thought it was an odd request!

Well....bumping this back up.... I purchased Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark in store, and the Instawatch didn't work for me. My Vudu account is linked to my WalMart account. I entered the TC number on SavingsCatcher but I did not recive the Instawatch email, only the "receipt received" email from SavingCatcher.

                      My case is 150512000088

When I emailed pictures, I recevied this Reference # 150512-000126, so I am not sure which one is active.

Can someone look into this for me?

                      Thank you.

Did you look in your account settings page? I forgot the exact page, but usually it shows up in there, and you have to hit a button for it to be added to your account (I believe details on how to do this are earlier in this thread)

I did, thank you. Nothing there. I did receive an email from Vudu, but all it said was to link my WalMart and Vudu accounts...which I explained to the rep in my initial call that my accounts were already linked.

So....I was just told by another member that you can not enter the code online (using a PC). You have to actually use the app to scan it. Vudu/WalMart does not have an app for Windows Phone so I have never been able to do it this way. I borrowed a phone from a coworker and scanned the receipt....right away I got my movie.

This really should be fixed. Either have an app for every device, or at least have InstaWatch work by imputing the TC number online.
