Family Share Movies Anywhere in Vudu

I'm sure this kind of thing has been brought up before, but do you foresee any strides to Vudu adding a family share back that would include Movies Anywhere. Having that feature with UltraViolet was one of the big reasons I started using Vudu and have the catalog of movies I have today. Google Play and iTunes (to a not as great extent) have family share options and it would be nice if this sort of thing could be added to Vudu. Just wondering if this is a realistic possibility at some point down the road.

Personally I'd like to see it be more than just MA ... Whatever title I own on Vudu should be able to be shared with other Vudu accounts IMO. The Vudu Family Sharing that previously existed was half baked. It was just a front end to doing family sharing via UV. All titles should be shareable (MA, UV and non lockered titles).

The device limit can affect people too. iTunes and Google Play offer Sharing which shares ALL your content between family accounts, that way they can manage their devices and you can manage yours without having to delete devices constantly.

Right, I've got 7 of my 8 devices used between different devices around the home, phones, and tablet. I trust them, just don't have any real device flexibility to give my information out.

Ultimately having complete family sharing would be much better than locker sharing and probably more feasible considering Movies Anywhere isn't able to be set-up with more than 1 connecting account per service like UV was. Considering Vudu by far wins the interface competition between all of the other Movies Anywhere services, let's face it FandangoNow, Google Play, iTunes, and Amazon are all pretty terrible in there own ways, this would be a game changer and drive a lot more business to Vudu.

I doubt we're going to see open locker sharing in the future as selling account access was all too common.

That's why other services require the sharing of payment information to share libraries. That is a "soft" way to guarantee that you're just sharing an account with actual family and not random strangers.

The only real workaround to this is MA sharing via the Roku app. You're limited to 1080p and only MA movies, but the MA Roku app can be activated w/a code (don't share login creds) and it has no ability to trigger a purchase.

I use this for my niece/nephews, as this way they can have access to my collection, but I don't have to worry about them accidentally buying the latest cartoons.
