HD Version of the Batman Animated Series?

    FelipeF Good morning, Felipe. I am not sure if you can assist me with this same issue or not. I also ordered the Batman the Animated Series collector set and redeemed my digital copies on Vudu. The copies I received were SD and did not include the movies Mask of the Phantasm and Subzero although I am not sure they were supposed to be included. I saw an article around November 1 saying that the SD versions were supposed to be upgraded to HD versions and waited a couple of weeks before contacting Vudu support on Saturday November 24. I have not received any response from Vudu support about this. Is there a way I can open a support ticket to get this resolved? Thank you for reading this. I hope you can provide some assistance.

I purchased the Batman The Complete Animated Series Deluxe Limited Edition and redeemed my code and received SD instead of HDX a few weeks back. My case reference number is 181124-000639.                       And the answer is to contact UV. I still think this is a WB license issue for what WB provided VUDU.

                        FelipeF, i was encouraged to contact you regarding my redemption of Batman The Complete Animated Series. I did not receive the Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Subzero with my redemption. I had emailed before using the support email to no avail. I even called with no luck. So i don't have my original ticket number from the first time i contacted Vudu. I just sent another email and got ticket #181201-001424. I know people that just redeemed their copy today and did get the movies as well. I feel a bit slighted as i did not receive the two movies with mine as everyone else is. Can you please help me?

                            FelipeF I received an email stating that Vudu had worked with Warner Bros and that HDX digital copies for the two movies (Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Batman and Mr. Freeze: Subzero) would be provided for all those who had redeemed the code for Batman: The Complete Animated Series (Blu-ray) in HDX and it included a code. I followed the link provided (https://vudu.com/vuducodes) and I got an error, that says "Something's not right. Re-enter your code." So I was hoping you could help me with this issue. Thank you in advance.
