So glad to hear! Does anyone know if the 2 movies come for everyone who redeems the code (still waiting for Amazon to deliver my replacement copy) or was that a bonus for the inconvenience from the issues?

I think it just takes time. How much I am not sure...it took 12+ hours for mine to finally show in my UV library. Mind you I didn't refresh or really do anything special. I think it just updated itself automatically over time

Everyone. (I redeemed for the first time after this was fixed.) The redeem digital copy screen shows a generic Vudu logo now, instead of Batman TAS, and then when you put your code in, it'll show TAS and both movies as included titles in the bundle you're redeeming.

Apparently, my copy is one someone returned because of the digital code issue...as I don't have the slip in mine. What should I do? Best Buy's return policy states that it will only exchange opened movies for another of the same one, which would be fine if they had it in stock anywhere. This really sucks.

You're sayng someone returned an opened box because of the "digital code issue." And Best Buy sold that opened box return to you?

Yes. I ordered mine for in store pick up, and got there a few minutes before the one hour estimate...I had to wait another 40 minutes for them to find it. There were none on the shelves. Eventually the manager found one. The packaging was just a regular shrink wrap seal. I didn't even look for the code in the box until I saw confirmation here that it redeemed correctly. I thought maybe it was in with the lenticular cards, but wasn't. I watched an unboxing video of the set and confirmed that there should have been a red slip in there (correct?), but wasn't.

EDIT: Because this physical set seems hard to find, part of me wants to keep it, but I can't justify the cost if it doesn't include the digital copies. Hopefully the manager there takes the return.

Ah, thanks. I looked through everything several times last night, no luck. I went to Best Buy, and the customer service guy suggested that I contact Warner Bros. about a replacement code. He was willing to accept the return for a refund, but we both agreed it's a pretty cool item and worth holding onto (if I can get a code). A short time later, I contacted WB chat and explained the situation. They sent me a Vudu code for the full series in HD along with the movies! Yay!

I noticed on myuv.com that I was also given one episode of Batman Super Villains (#3 - Batgirl Returns). Is this the case for anyone else?

EDIT: I can't find that series in Vudu, but I'm showing that episode appearing in Fandangonow.

Yup same happened with me. I'm fine with it though.

It's Episode 29 of Volume 3 on Vudu. For whatever reason it shows in myuv that way.

Scooby Doo does the same thing for a couple episodes that were first available via a separate compilation release. Two episodes appear in UV as part of a Scooby-Doo Pirates title, and are missing from the respective season thing. Presumably they don't want to treat them as separate episodes since they are the same thing, but UV will always see them the way they were originally added to UV.

So, with people here getting HDX versions and the movies in digital, and people now posting on Amazon that they?re getting the HDX and movies digitally, it makes me wonder when I?ll get this email that allows me to get them as well. Is there some sort of timeline? I preordered it and even rushed the delivery to get it to find out it was in SD, so I?d really like to get my money?s worth finally.

I have not received an email with a code for the two movies. I had already bought Phantasm, but would redeem for Subzero...
