        Gmail classified Vudu's email about the HD upgrade as a "promotion", which I don't tend to look at closely, so I totally missed it. But thanks to y'all I searched for it and got the upgrade. Thanks!

          Hooray for my digital copy redemption without any headache! Thanks, VUDU staff, for getting this situation fixed! I am going to enjoy the convenience of having HDX BTAS at only a click away!

            Be aware that V3Ep29 (Batgirl Returns) transfers to myUV as Ep 3 of Batman: Super Villains which does not import to FN as that series is not on FN.

            While V1Ep15 (Cat and the Claw Part 1), V1Ep16 (Cat and the Claw Part 2), and V1Ep23 (Vendetta) all transfer correctly to myUV, these episodes do not import into FN.

            FN stated none of the series is UV. I explained that all but 4 episodes imported. They still insisted the series was not UV on FN and suggested I contact WB. WB stated it is a VUDU issue. I submitted a help ticket and hoping to get an answer or fix. I hope this gets resolution and not passed to UV support.

              I have searched through my emails and have received nothing as far as the HDX version and it?s been two weeks since it was believed to be getting rectified. What do I do now? I?ve owned this box set since day one. This is ridiculous.

                  It's very possible that your email was blacklisted for email bounce backs. Create a ticket with customer care and provide me that ticket number so I can look into it for you.
