Thank you . That is what WB stated to me. I am not sure why a VUDU support agent commented on my VUDU support ticket that these titles are not UV. Looking forward to the fix. And as always, I appreciate all you do for us.

These episodes show up as redeemed via Flixster in 2013 and 2015. I'm actually pretty sure I redeemed these as part of the Batman Supervillains collections way back when.

However, I then purchased Vol1 (SD quality) on Sep 22, 2017 via Vudu but that transaction isn't showing up. And then a year later I redeemed complete series in HD also via Vudu on Nov 6, 2018. That transaction also isn't showing up.

The Vudu transactions show up for every other episode (as shown below), just not those.

While it is concerning that the Vudu licenses just disappeared, for Vol. 1 Episodes 15 and 16 (as well as Vol 3 Episode 29) it is not really an issue for me because another HD license for those episodes was already there (via Flixster in 2015) but for Vol 1. Episode 23 ("Vendetta") there is no HD license at all. The licenses in place are only SD licenses.

        This is indeed a problem.
Is this content still missing for you? Let me know.

The Vudu sourced licenses are still missing for me. But then, I'm missing a ton from last time.

(4/21/19 update) Proper quality UV rights have been awarded to my UV account, but none are porting properly into Vudu accounts. See a detailed description in my next post further below.

According to WB, they are working with VUDU and UV to get this fixed for all of us.

And my recent reply from support on my Help Ticket is again stating that this series is not UV at all. I am hoping WB and whoever they are working with on the VUDU team can get this fixed once and for all.

After just looking at my UVVU account, "SD, HD" rights are appearing for ALL episodes. However, Episode 29 of Season 3 (Batgirl Returns) is showing up under a separate entry in my UVVU account (as "Batman Super Villains: Season 1 - Catwoman), and is not grouped into Season 3 as it should be. This is causing it to port out to VUDU as a separate entity from Season 3, within "Batman Super Villains: Season 1 - Catwoman", where it is also yielding the episode in SD-only quality despite HD rights showing up in my UV locker.

In another frustrating twist, Season 1 episodes The Cat and the Claw: Part 1, The Cat and the Claw: Part 2, and Vendetta are all showing proper "SD, HD" rights within the BTAS: Season 1 listing in my UVVU locker. However, when the rights port out to VUDU it is pushing the two Cat and the Claw episodes into the same "Batman Super Villains: Season 1 - Catwoman" season described earlier, and in SD-only quality to boot. As for the Vendetta episode, it is porting out to VUDU within "Batman Super Villains: Season 2 - Killer Croc", and in SD-only quality as well.

ALL FOUR of these problematic episodes need to be corrected so that they port into VUDU within the Batman: TAS seasons to which they belong, and not as part of the "Batman Super Villains" series. In addition, all four episodes need to be porting in as HD, and not SD.

When is this going to be properly fixed by you, WB, and Ultraviolet? This is taking forever, and the changes that have been made have only messed things up further. Episodes need to port WITHIN THE BTAS SEASONS to which they belong and in the HIGHEST QUALITY that is owned. This can't possibly be as hard to fix as it is being made out to be.

They tend to make it hard with issues like this because they all just blame each other and tell you to talk to someone else so they don't have to do anything.

Attempting to obtain help on this issue has often felt like I am a pinball being bounced around between help desks (WB, UV, VUDU, FN, MA). At least it seems there is some movement with WB and VUDU despite the sometimes odd email replies from VUDU.

It appears that all missing UV rights have been restored. However, they only showed up after I refreshed my count over at myuv.com.

There's still something screwy though as the same episode appears as two separate listings and only one is importing into Vudu.

For example S01E23 Vendetta appears twice as shown below. Only SD is importing into my linked Vudu accounts so there's an ALID mismatch there somewhere.

I just refreshed myUV as well and now 3 episodes are back into the proper seasons at UV and 1 is showing as another title. None are porting through UV. While this is better than not in UV at all, I am back to where I was before these disappeared.
