Star Wars - DMA Redemption PROBLEM

So I bought the $90 HDX compo on Vudu and got all six movies plus extras for viewing on Vudu.

I also got confirmation from DMA (Disney Movies Rewards) that movies 1-3,5, & 6 were added to my DMA account. Movie # 4 was NOT added to my account.

According to DMA movie 4 is not transferring from Vudu to DMA with purchase rights.

Anyone else have this problem ?

    Any help DAN ?

It might be because A New Hope is not owned or distributed by Disney but by Fox?

    650 HDX
    2 HD
    2 SD

That would be weird for that one movie, esp eps #4. I could understand if it was a different combination of titles / rights ownership.

A New Hope is not a DMA title. It should transfer to UV though.

Episode 4 is actually the first Star Wars movie and Fox has the permanent rights to it and it is not part of DMA. The subsequent movies have different ownership and distribution rights.

Shows up in my UVVU, Flixster and Cinemanow accounts...so it does transfer over. The other movies do not because they are DMA, but they appeared in my iTunes and DMA and Google Play accounts...

Are you certain about CinemaNow? A NEW HOPE doesn't show up there for me, and I don't even see that one for sale or rent on that site, which is weird...

Right now, the only actual UV provider that I can actually watch A New Hope on is Vudu. It shows that I own the UV of it on Flixster and Cinemanow, but I can't actually watch it through those services. This could change.

I checked again this morning and it is not showing there now...the other 5 are showing for purchase or rent but ANH is gone. May have been a trick of the light or I could be confused from the hit to my head by a large hammer. But it is showing on Flixster but when I go to play it directs me to Vudu...like so many titles on Flixster tend to do...so I don't use Flixster...
