In your own words - it's not a priority. However, it is a problem that it's NOT a priority, hence my previous post. Again, if they don't want customers leaving to become iTunes users they need to start making an effort. Code redemeers AND purchasers BOTH need to be treated with consideration, not just purchasers. Other retailers are MUCH better in this regard. Most allow for earlier and smoother 4K code redemptions, but they also offer many new release 4K titles MUCH sooner than Vudu does. Vudu would do well to take note of this before they hit people's last nerve and push them away. I'm considering it more and more with each new redemption snafu / missing new release title in 4K relative to other providers.

So is there any chance of the Matrix Trilogy (or anything else) being redeemed as 4k in the future? Or it is what it is? Just curious if they've ever updated the redemption format after the fact before. I might as well hold onto my code for now. I already had the hdx versions... Im kinda bummed I passed on the individual sales of the movies around black Friday.

I redeemed the one code in the Matrix Trilogy on MA and it ported all 3 Matrix movies to VDU as UHD.....
I don't redeem anything on VUDU anymore as it is usually a crapshoot. And Lionsgate is a joke where UHD is concerned.

I don't redeem any UHD codes w/o looking at this database first:

This may be a dumb question, but for this link (which is a great resource) is it possible to freeze the column headings so that you can still see the headings while scrolling down the spreadsheet? It drives me crazy trying to remember what each column represents while scrolling down the page!!

I've tried.....actually I would like to download and use my own copy of Excell. Since I'm not the originator.... what you see is what you get.

I just looked and the option to freeze row/s is available. But, the originator would have to implement it.

Updated now - thanks XXX. Four redemption issues FIXED (including Rambo First Blood Part 1 and 2).

At least two UV license delivery issues continue.
