Funny thing about Tucker, they initially replied that Tucker wasn't a Paramount release and thus, not their problem. So, I sent them a screen shot from the IMDB of Paramount being the company that released the film in the U.S. I got a response back that it was being forwarded.

Star Trek Beyond - they asked for a picture of the front/back of the disc's packaging and insert. But since this was a digital purchase on VUDU, I sent them a screen shot of the movie showing I own UHD, the account History showing that I purchased it in UHD from VUDU, and my account information showing my e-mail address.

Oh and FWIW..., the FandangoNOW issue was resolved. After sending Paramount a picture of my physical disc, they gave me a new code for Transformers: Age of Extinction which I redeemed in FandangoNOW directly to avoid any further porting issues.
Perfect. That is where I am at with my request as well. Hopefully if enough emails with issues pop up to the right team at Paramount that this issues will finally be fixed.

When you redeemed Age of Extinction at FN, did you receive a standalone (no UV) copy at FN?

We have forwarded this issue to the concerned team and we are awaiting an update on this. We will get back to you once we receive an update.

FelipeF JoeyK any input on this? Vudu support has ALWAYS told me it was on Paramount to fix this, which I believe to be the through. Can someone from Vudu reach out to Paramount Pictures to get this fixed between Vudu & the studio please. These are the titles that should 100% without a doubt have the Ultraviolet rights since they are from over a year ago:

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES (2014) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES OUT OF THE SHADOWS (2016) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase - code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray

G.I. JOE: RETALIATION (2013) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase

G.I. JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA (2009) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase

STAR TREK BEYOND (2016) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase - digital code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray - digital code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray

These 2 need to be added to Vudu still, FN has had these in UHD for over a year now (but will have the same issue with no UHD UV):

STAR TREK (2009) (NOT UHD ON VUDU YET) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase - digital code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray - code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray

STAR TREK INTO THE DARKNESS (2013) (NOT UHD ON VUDU YET) is delivering UV HD from UHD purchase - digital code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray - code redeems HD from 4K UHD Blu-Ray

No, just 4K on FN. I double-checked UV and it doesn't show any additional UV 4K for my Transformers: Age of Extinction.

I wish all UV movies in the correct UV resolution owned at UV would be available at all providers in same resolution and would sync via UV properly when obtained.

News flash!!! Paramount just sent me new codes for Star Trek and Star Trek Beyond.

              Dear Customer,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We are issuing you a new authorization code, shown below.

              Star Trek - ************

              Star Trek Beyond - ************

              Go to https://paramountdigitalcopy.com/redeem

We recommend you use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Just enter this code when prompted to do so, to unlock your Digital Copy feature.

Please let us know if you have any problems.

              Thank you,
              PARAMOUNT DIGITAL COPY SUPPORT
And with respects to Tucker: The Man and His Dream, they referred me to Lionsgate.

UPDATE - Paramount just sent me another one for G.I. Joe: Retaliation. But when I went to redeem it, VUDU said that I already own it...

Well... The new codes did NOT redeem in 4K UHD. With the "you already own it" issue with the new code for G.I. Joe: Retaliation, I tried redeeming Star Trek in VUDU and Star Trek Beyond in FandangoNOW.

The new Star Trek code redeemed in HD in VUDU (since I didn't already have it in VUDU and hoping that it would "upgrade" later when VUDU got UHD...), but it did NOT transfer to Ultraviolet.

The new Star Trek Beyond code redeemed in HD in FandangoNOW (since I didn't already have it in FandangoNOW), but this did transfer to Ultraviolet, but ONLY in HD.

I wrote back to Paramount thanking them for the new codes, but informing them of the further issues...

So, here's a question... IF Paramount sends a new code for one of the problem movies, how can we redeem the new codes...?

The issue isn't with it redeeming (that burnt the code). Let them know it didn't work and the issue is that the ULTRAVIOLET 4K UHD rights are not be issued for the purchase that it's only giving the ULTRAVIOLET HD rights for this, a code will not fix that issue.

You can't there's issues with the codes not redeeming anywhere for Star Trek from 4K disc, therefor codes they create will be the same. And the UV rights is the first issue that has to be fixed, they've always ignored request about the 4K disc codes, and just respond saying they're "only suppose to be HD, refering to the package"

FelipeF JoeyK please look at the above comments. Paramount is issuing new replacement codes that they're saying should redeem UHD at Vudu & other retails. It does not here and the issue still remains with the UV UHD rights not being issued, which the studio is blaming Vudu for, saying this it's Vudu who has and is causing the issue. Which I know from the past, it's on the studio to set up the correct UV rights. Can you please reach out to the studio and try to get a fix on these titles in first post please. UHD versions of G.I. JOE, both UHD versions of TMNT & all 3 of the Star Trek UHD movies.

We have already gone over this issue several times. Mission Impossible: Fallout will be the one and only title with UHD rights, period.

FelipeF So, when I purchase a 4K UHD title from VUDU, I do not get "full" 4K UHD digital rights? If not, then VUDU and/or other retailers should post such, including information about what digital rights (SD, HD, and/or UHD) are or are not transferred/ported to shared services like Ultraviolet and Movies Anywhere. It kinda defeats the purpose of purchasing a 4K UHD title if you don't get 4K UHD in Ultraviolet and/or Movies Anywhere.

That?s not true though. There?s been UHD UV rights before and after that title. All of those titles were released before then.

No more circles then. You're basically saying that Paramount told Vudu on or before 12/12/2018 (See Felipe's comment here: https://forum.vudu.com/forum/vudu/ge...147#post484147) that any Paramount UHD title added/released after that date and time, as well as any other Paramount UHD title already on Vudu that had not yet been fixed and was porting HD to UV locker, would remain that way forever.
