No subtitles for Mandarin scenes in Jackie Chan's Mr. Nice Guy

(For some reason, my prior post was closed as resolved, but it was never was...)

This has been an issue for a while now...

There are no subtitles for the dialog that is in Mandarin, and when you enable the regular English subtitles, all you get is [Speaking Mandarin] [Continues to Speak Mandarin]. There are only a few scenes in Mandarin, but it is most noticeable at the 45 minute mark, as it is clear you supposed to be in on the joke that is being spoken in Mandarin.

    Could this please get fixed?

Is there the possibility for this to get addressed? Or should I just look into buying a digital copy from another service?

Vudu customer service this even being looked into?

I guess when UHD purchase of new releases are going wrong, this is a low priority issue. I was using Vudu as the provider to purchase all of my Jackie Chan digital copies, but I don't want to buy anymore if this issue happens again (with another title) and gets ignored again. Should I give up on this issue, and make future Wells Go (?) titles through Amazon?

edit: For what it's worth, Mr. Nice Guy is an Ultraviolet title, so I was able to watch my copy on Fandangonow, and even there the encode doesn't have the subtitles in those scenes. The reason why this matters is because, in some cases, these titles have different encodes at different providers. For example, here is what I recorded of the differences for Jackie Chan's Thunderbolt ( I was hoping that perhaps another provider had a "correct" encode, and then Vudu could seek that out for their library, but I haven't come across it yet.

          ...any news?

Come on Vudu. Get this issue fixed. I too am disappointed.
