Same here. I don't mind it in my transaction history as much as I mind it constantly moving to the front of my movie list, as I sort by purchase date by default.

I'll have to agree, ridiculous. I can't believe this is that complicated.
It's been 2 weeks since I reported this. I have also NOT heard a peep back from Customer Service, with whom I filed a ticket on 1/30 (2837124) via CSS Web.

          Fix this please: Wild Bunch6.JPG

I've got the same issue. Wild Bunch SD keeps jumping into the first position of newly purchased movies. Vudu told me it's Movies Anywhere and Movies Anywhere is telling me it's Vudu? Anyone have an answer and how can I get it removed if that's what it takes

FelipeF What is being done to fix this???
I just spent an hour on the phone with "Skyler" in CS. She removed the theatrical SD version from my library. It stayed gone for about an hour, and now it's back again.
I FINALLY got a response from Web CS. This is what they had to say (big surprise)

mrewster Check your MA transaction history. Did the theatrical version of the Wild Bunch import from VUDU on the same day you purchased the director's cut from VUDU?

No. I've had the DC for years.

                            Vudu please fix this.

Come on. Seriously? This has got to get fixed already. Even if it means completely removing Wild Bunch from my VUDU and Movies Anywhere libraries, I'd be fine with that! I will never again watch this film.

I just don't want to see it constantly at the front of my "recently purchased" list.

It appears that's not an option though, we're forced to keep the title. So it's on VUDU to code some workaround to fix this. Or take it up with Movies Anywhere. But having us, the customers, bounce back and forth between both finger-pointing companies is beyond absurd.

Everytime I go to Vudu and The Wild Bunch is atop my recent purchases, I die a little inside. The fact this problem has been going on for 3 weeks is incomprehensible. I had major surgery 3 weeks ago. I have recovered and healed...yet nobody at Vudu or MA can figure out how to make The Wild Bunch stop appearing on my account in that same timeframe. Can you hire me at Vudu for 2 days so I can fix this problem and then I will quit?
