Can you hire me at Vudu for 2 days so I can fix this problem and then I will quit?
Give them your surgeons phone number, he fixed you...maybe he can fix this ongoing issue.

Glad someone linked my other post. As someone said, my slight OCD is killing me and I just realized from this thread that I, too purchased this from Vudu (Director's Cut) in HDX. That one is still ordered properly in my list.

FelipeF Any news on this I have filed an MA ticket and they are saying it is not an MA issue:

                reply from them:

I'm not sure why VUDU would say it's coming from us; I just checked your account and it is coming from VUDU.

Movies would only come from us if we added them to your account for a promotion we were having, and we have never had a promotion that included The Wild Bunch.

If you need this movie deleted, VUDU will need to delete it for you, as we do not have the authorization to delete movies that are coming from other retailers.

Let us know if we can assist you with anything else.

                Kindly,

Please advise us on this as my OCD is going bonkers

Now it's the studio's fault, hard to tell with this guy's English.

I've noticed that between each addition of a movie, The Wild Bunch would appear in my balance and jump to the front of the list of recently added movies. I just added 5 movies via MA and between each code redemption, The Wild Bunch jumped in to join the party.

Called Vudu support and had The Wild Bunch removed from my account. But it doesnt help. It just keeps coming back like a bad case of herpes.

Well maybe if they can't fix it, we can beg enough so perhaps they will upgrade it to 4k?
Ernest Borgnine's sweat looks much better in UHD.

I have been a VUDU customer since 2007. I began as a beta tester, actually, way back when, before they were bought by VUDU. And in all this time I have accumulated a digital library of approximately 1250 films. There have been some ups and downs along the way, some brief hiccups and glitches. But not one single issue has been more aggravating and concerning to me than VUDU's inability to fix this ridiculous, widespread WILD BUNCH issue... for a month.

                                I mean, really? What gives?
