Finally contacted VUDU support, they sent me to Movies Anywhere. Movies Anywhere sent me to VUDU.

"So we are aware of the situation. Our system is detecting that this movie was imported into Movies Anywhere via connection to Vudu. For this reason, we are not able to void/refund on our end.

We aren't sure why Vudu is directing their customers for assistance with this but we are not able to correct this on our end. You will need to contact Vudu again and wait for them to fix the issue for you. If they try to redirect you to us, you can let them know that we cannot make adjustments to titles originally purchased/redeemed in Vudu."

I'm tired of posting. I've spent HOURS of my time on this, and NOTHING has advanced except a circle-jerk of finger-pointing. My guess is that because Vudu/MA isn't experiencing any sort of financial loss, they just don't care about it.

    So:

I'm done spending money at Vudu until this is corrected. I can get my movies elsewhere and have them port in.

Wow...nearly one solid month since the OP created this thread and absolutely nothing has been rectified. Felipe's quote of (I'm guessing) on 1/30 isn't reassuring at all, plus no other vudu tech has weighed in on the issue. Hopefully for the many of you experiencing this annoying problem it doesn't fall through the cracks like so many other issues have. Hang in there folks!

I regret the day I added "The Wild Bunch" to my VUDU library.

Now it just taunts me, daily. Why can't VUDU make it stop?

I have been a VUDU customer since 2007. I began as a beta tester, actually, way back when, before they were bought by VUDU. And in all this time I have accumulated a digital library of approximately 1250 films. There have been some ups and downs along the way, some brief hiccups and glitches. But not one single issue has been more aggravating and concerning to me than VUDU's inability to fix this ridiculous, widespread WILD BUNCH issue... for a month.

    I mean, really? What gives?

Well maybe if they can't fix it, we can beg enough so perhaps they will upgrade it to 4k?
Ernest Borgnine's sweat looks much better in UHD.
