How is there not one MOD response to this post? There was obviously a significant amount of time that went into this spreadsheet. Show some respect to YOUR customers! I wish I could ignore my customers and get paid when I am working. SMH

Prob. because none will get fixed in time, and they will act like this thread doesn't exist.

Great info. I also have a ffew of these same issues that I'd like fixed before UV goes away for good. This gives Vudu plenty of time to fix it and will be better for it in the end.

Yeah, I mean, they can't even fix the issue some people are having where The Wild Bunch SD keeps inserting into their accounts over and over, and that's been going on for a few weeks now. If anyone is expecting them to fix the over 400 issues in that spreadsheet before UV goes down, I have bad news for you.

I for one know how this will turn out, but just for once would love VUDU to prove me wrong [*wishful thinking*]. We do have the right to express our concerns when it comes to our investment. If the shoe was on the other foot, they would be just as concerned as well. Simple solution is to start adding a couple fixes to show us these issues are being addressed or at least a MOD respond to this thread stating where VUDU stands in this situation, but to just leave us in the dark is not good business practice.

As the largest service linked to Ultraviolet, It would be appreciated if Vudu worked with Ultraviolet to record and preserve Ultraviolet rights for titles that are UHD in Ultraviolet but not yet UDH in Vudu. People have purchased these rights and Ultraviolet needs to find a way to make this happen before they close down.

It's not a good sign. But hopefully they're working on it before saying anything. But it would be nice if they at least acknowledged the thread.

I wish I could be a fly on the wall at Vudu meetings to hear if they discuss our forum requests and concerns.

The good news is that Scott Blanksteen of VUDU says they are aware of these issues outlined in our spreadsheet

Rex, thanks for working so hard to bring these issues to the forefront. Hopefully Scott and the rest of Vudu's support team can correct the majority of these issues. Getting 4K Sony catalog titles added to Vudu so UHD UV rights can finally port into Vudu and then MA is my #1 want. If these aren't on Vudu before 7/31, it will be an enormous disappointment. They should be able to reach an agreement with Sony to get this taken care of in plenty of time, barring an exclusivity agreement with other retailers.
