I have been a loyal customer of VUDU for almost 7 years and have paid thousands of dollars to VUDU for my movie collection. I have never had a fear that I would lose my movies or that they would just disappear for no reason. In the past month both of those have come to be true. I've lost movies on VUDU and on Movies Anywhere and are starting to fear that the movie collection that I have spent years and thousands of dollars building will one day disappear. Member Rex Struther and others have supplied UV and VUDU the issues that need to be fixed before UV is gone. Please VUDU fix these issues or please contact the people that can fix this issue. There are thousands of customers that have trusted and believed in your service for years, VUDU please restore our faith in digital collecting!!!!

For me it was 5 titles redeemed UHD via SonyPicturesStore. All others are either still okay in UV and MA or part of my 30 missing MA titles.

For me it was a single code that was good for about 20 titles. The only title that was not included (apparently because it was not available for "direct purchase" via ULTRA) was Christine (1983).

The best part is that this does not seem to affect the UV licenses. After redeeming the emailed 4K code, it looks like none of my UV licenses have been removed or affected. At least, as of this writing everything's still there. It's been a couple of hours since I redeemed code and all licenses are still in place at myuv.com.

I see this as a win since now I have all those movies in 4K at MoviesAnywhere, so even if VUDU doesn't get around to adding UHD version of those titles before the UV shutdown, the titles will still eventually import into VUDU when they do get around to it. I guess I now I feel like there's no rush for VUDU to add all those Sony titles in 4K. It sucks that my linked family accounts might not get the 4K but since I'm the one who made all those purchases and I'm getting them in my account, I don't feel like I'll be losing anything.

Got mine too. I wish they all did this.

The following is the full text of the email:

    Dear ULTRA Customer:

As we informed you in April, ULTRA has removed the NEW ACCOUNT SIGN-UP, PURCHASE, and REDEEM functions from its TV and Windows Apps, effective April 18, 2019.
ULTRA will maintain EXISTING ACCOUNT SIGN-IN and PLAYBACK functions until July 26, 2019.
The good news is that you will be able to maintain access to the 4K Ultra HD movie content you purchased or redeemed on ULTRA on Movies Anywhere!

Please note: Only movies that were available for direct purchase on the Android and Windows ULTRA apps will be part of this Movies Anywhere code transition.

For reference, here is a list of your eligible ULTRA movies:

    [redacted]

For your eligible ULTRA movies, copy the below code and redeem on moviesanywhere.com before July 26, 2019 to maintain access to your movies after ULTRA shuts down.

I started the project a while ago, so my copy is out of date, but at this point it's better to post the data as is. I'll update with additional info when I can. Or someone may wish to merge this data with the Google sheet. The primary things to look for are two or more CIDs or two or more ALIDs (meaning a UV Library may have a UV right with a different CID or ALID than Vudu recognizes). The UV max profile information is included, which won't necessarily indicate what resolution someone has in their UV Library, but may help identify issues related to HD or UHD. (Vudu HDX is the same as UV HD.)

Hello Jim Taylor, can you please look at this issue as well and have either Paramount or Vudu/FandangoNOW work on a fix. No one seems to know who's fault it is.
