    WRONG D+D Physical Disc Received.

    Ordered the Mary Queen of Scott D+D UHD 4K. UHD appeared in my streaming fine. But received BD, NOT 4K.

    Help please.

            Any update on this? I sent an email over 24 hours ago and still haven't gotten a response. I can't call while I'm at work. Have been sitting in your chat for 30 minutes and keep going from position 1 then position 2 then 1 again, back to 2. Incredibly frustrating.

              We do not offer chat support, not sure where you are seeing this. We are working with the Walmart team to see what can be done about this.

                Got my BR copy today instead of the 4K version. Looked at the email receipt and it shows BR version ordered. Also the BR is $24.45 and the 4K is $28.17.

                    Hi, I received the wrong disc also, received the blu-ray version instead of the UHD version. If you could get back with me and let me know what is happening, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

                      There's some weirdness going on with pricing and versions; so something happened.

                      But my email states:


                      "4K Blu-ray | Disc order confirmation

                      Thanks Jeremy,

                      Your order is confirmed and your 4K Blu-ray will arrive on or around February 28, 2019.

                      In the meantime, sit back, relax and watch your movie now on Vudu."


                      So regardless of anything I selected 4K Blu-Ray + UHD Digital" and my email shows that as well. Now if someone changed the pricing, or versions after I put in my order; that's not what it was when I ordered it.

                      This has happened before so I would expect that we'll get the UHD disc later (unlikely) or they will remove the UHD digital from our account (likely) and issue full refund (without returning the blu-ray).

                            That could be but they could at least send a response letting me know they are looking into the issue. They?ve been quick to respond in the past but to hear absolutely nothing is poor customer service.

                              Last time something similar happened to me was last Summer when VUDU was doing those $9.99 sales for DISC + DIGITAL of various TV seasons in HD/Blu-ray (to compete with Amazon Prime Day). I had placed several orders but for some unexplained reason only one of those orders got cancelled by Walmart. I actually didn't notice anything was amiss for about a month because since I had placed numerous orders, the packages slowly began to trickle in over the next couple of weeks. It wasn't until a full two weeks had passed after receiving the last package that I realized my last order had not yet arrived. It wasn't until I began looking into it, trying to track the package, that I realized the order had been cancelled with no warning or notification by Walmart. When I first contact VUDU they told me that Walmart had cancelled the order on their end so I needed to get in contact with them but when I tried contacting Walmart they just referred me back to VUDU since that is where I had placed the order. Eventually, a proper ticket was opened and it jsat there for several weeks with not updates before I noticed that a $9.99 credit had been added to my account, again with no updates or notification. On the plus side I got to keep the digital copy of the season I had purchased but I never did get my Blu-ray copy for that season.
