Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows Gone from UV & Secondary Accounts

This title no longer shows UV icon in my account, is missing from Ultraviolet Account, and is gone from all linked accounts. Am I the only one?

Yeah mrewster, you might be the only one experiencing this issue. I'm not seeing this problem on my end. I am still seeing this film in my collection both here at VUDU as well as over at myuv.com

Not the case here. This title has been in these accounts for years. We noticed it had jumped to the top (like another unmentioned title did) in a secondary account last night. This morning it was gone from all but mine, and only shows the MA symbol. It is gone from my UV account. (Yes it is Warner)

How would this be handled? Do the account owners each have to contact support? I wouldn't expect UV rights to be reinstated, but it should be replaced in the accounts where it is missing.

Try searching for "Holmes:" not just "Holmes". If that doesn't work, try refreshing the library on the "?" mark.

Mine still has both MA & UV listed, and if I go to the Fandango app on my Roku, I can play it from both UV list and MA list.

Hello, I am on a shared Vudu account with mrewster. I contacted Customer Support about this movie being missing, and THIS is what they said:

Thank you for contacting Vudu Customer Care.

I have opened your case and found that you still own Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows [hdx] it is in your library.

                  Best regards,

If the movie rights are not in your UV account, there's nothing more we can really do. We don't have any ability to remove UV rights from anyone's UV account.

Well, someone is damn sure responsible for this happening, because 38 movies in my UV locker (from VARIOUS studios) suddenly lost UV status between April 1st and April 3rd. I contacted UV and VUDU, and UV quickly responded to say that several films had recently had their UV rights deleted and they WEREN'T SURE WHY. They reinstated the rights that were deleted, though, so everything ended up working out. I have a very hard time believing they would just delete anyone's UV rights without a reason. Someone knows what happened and is deceptively keeping mum about it. This happened to other members here as well during the same time frame, which makes one wonder: What exactly caused these UV rights deletions AND is it going to happen again prior to the 7/31/19 closure of Ultraviolet? Honesty is supposed to be the best policy, but finding a company that is willing to do so is a rarity these days...

I had issues on 4/5 and 4/12 between VUDU and MA. Latest suggestion from VUDU support is that it is a UV issue that is affecting VUDU's system. So if these are possibly related issues then everyone's digital collections are at risk UV or MA.

Anyone know of a way to export your UV and MA titles to excel? I have a master spreadsheet that I list if it has a UV and/or MA license when I buy a film, but with a few thousand titles to cross check my UV and MA libraries is going to take forever.
Mid anyone knows how to download that info into excel from either provider so I could to an excel data comparison that would be a huge help!

The only way I have been able to get a good MA list is to export a playlist of my iTunes library.

Then open that in Excel. I have a comparison sheet I use to highlight what is in that list to my master list in Excel for my iTunes content. Almost everything I have in MA is in my iTunes so this gets me close.

My Excel Inventory for VUDU fortunately matches number wise with what is shown owned on VUDU.

I don't know of anything for UV. I used to copy Flixster's web page and they are gone. Now it has been a struggle to discover anything missing from UV if/when it has become missing.

Thx for those tips. I just worry that everything in MA wouldn?t be on iTunes though? I know that seems to be the case with Google play.
