Warner Bros deleting UV status on titles that were already in myuv

So after doing some detective work and looking at myuv etc. I am pretty sure that Warner Bros removed UV status from Batman the Animated Series. I bought the box set on Halloween I believe. But I didn't redeem the code until Nov. 7th when it was finally redeeming in HD. It was in myuv then, and then every episode of the series went into my friends Vudu because our ultraviolet accounts were merged together many moons ago. And now come Monday, this and many other titles have disappeared from his vudu that WERE UV last week. Examples, Ready Player One, Creed II, Star is Born and Fantastic Beasts 2. So I find it very very rude of Warner Bros to pull something like this. I hope he can get them back, on November 7th in his account history he "owns" every episode of Batman the Animated Series. Such a bummer and it makes me nervous.

Did you log into your uv account? Are the titles still there? All of mine are. Maybe your friends vudu account needs to be relinked to their uv account.

Did you contact UVVU about this? What did they say? You may want to contact WB as well?

            Try refreshing your UV account.

This is not a try refreshing your account kind of problem. There is chatter about this in many of the digital communities. Some people have lost hundreds of titles. And there's no shortage of finger-pointing. I'm still waiting for a similar problem that happened to my account many months ago and I'm being totally ignored.

FYI, I checked myuv and my copy of Ready Player One, and the seasons of Batman the Animated Series are still there. I'll update if it changes.

Here is what moviesanywhere had to say. On April 1st there was a lot of activity on his moviesanywhere account.... FelipeF is there anything you can do for him? He did start a ticket in costumer service, but he works in a hospital and really doesn't have time for this, thanks.

                    Hi Steven,

Thank you for your patience! I collected the titles that were still showing as removed by UltraViolet:

                    A Star is Born
                    12 Strong
                    Batman Ninja
                    Batman vs. Two-Face
                    Batman: Gotham By Gaslight
                    Constantine: City of Demons
                    Cult of Chucky (Unrated)
                    Daffy Duck's Movie: Fantastic Island
DCU: Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
                    Game Night
                    Paddington 2
                    Ocean's 8
                    Rampage
                    Ready Player One
                    Reign of the Supermen
                    The 15:17 To Paris
Teen Titans Go! To The Movies
                    Tag
                    The Death of Superman
                    The Meg
                    The Wild Bunch (Director's Cut)
Wallace & Gromit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit

They do not appear to be all Warner Brothers titles as Wallace & Gromit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit was from Universal. We recommend contacting Vudu and stating that your UV titles are not appearing in Vudu and would like to ensure your UV account is connected to Vudu. If it is, then let UV know that these titles are missing from Vudu and from your UV account. VUDU

Please know that in order for titles to come to Movies Anywhere, they will first need to appear in your connected Vudu account. Please check the UV Shutdown FAQ here and the VUDU FAQ here. For any further questions, please contact Ultraviolet or VUDU support.

Wow, you are correct, I am missing those episodes! This stinks, how will I get this resolved?

I don't appear to be missing any of the WB movies mentioned, but I'm double checking.

Per the discussions in the BTAS thread along with feedback from WB, it appears WB and VUDU are working on the issue. Stay tuned.

If you'd like, you could submit a Help Ticket to VUDU, WB, and/or UV. Keep in mind you may get differing answers.

While all this UV shenanigans is going on, did anyone else notice that some titles got MoviesAnywhere license added to them?

I noticed my MoviesAnywhere library had inexplicably grown by two and after some checking I realized that MA status had been added to How the Grinch Stole Christmas: Ultimate Edition (Warner Bros.) and to Damien: Omen II (20th Century Fox). I'm sure there are others as well.

I noticed Grinch inserted into my library some time ago. Keep in mind it isn't porting into GP at this time though.

Has anyone had their UV/VUDU/MA rights returned from the initial issue? I ask as 4/5 was an issue, then the 4/5 history on MA disappeared replaced by even more titles on 4/12. As of last check I am still missing 33 titles due to this glitch.
