VUDU UHD is Compatible with my KS-8000, it is connected to HW-K850 atmos soundbar. Some Movies have "HDR" highlighted or "HDR" is not present or "HDR" is grayed out. ATMOS is displayed in upper right corner.
I want to be able to watch UHD movies in HDR with ATMOS sound. My Tv will not send ATMOS signal over ARC.
    Any suggestions.
Currently I am unable to view any UHD movies UHD, possible due to my internet provider, AT&T.

Let's hope! It desperately needs some attention for iPhone X compatibility.

Low and behold VUDU had a new look to itself, with a single movie title in the middle of the screen that changed titles every 10 seconds or so. hand corner and HDR in the center of the screen if the title was in HDR. Was ESTATIC to see it working!!! Get home from work yesterday and was all ready to watch Thor Ragnarok to find it not working once again. VUDU had reverted back to the previous look of the black background screen with the scrolling movie titles and resolution indicator in the lower left hand corner and the message (Failed to find a playable version for this content!). So its definitely not been fixed yet but looks as though there's light on the horizon! Only time will tell.

How are you guys getting it to work? Are you sure that a fix has been released?

Stay tuned for news on 2016-2017 4K TVs.
Wait, but 2017 sets with x1 extreme already have dolby vision. Will the new vudu app for 2017 tvs with x1 extreme(x930/x940e/A1e/z9d) have Dolby Vision? Or do 2017 tv customers with dolby vision have to wait for 2018 tvs to update? Please explain. I'm really confused why vudu can't update their app to 4k hdr, while Apple already has a stable version update coming in a few weeks. I would like to use Vudu. Thank you.

Any possibility of the Vudu Android app streaming 4K UHD video to all 4K UHD and QHD 1440p mobile devices, like how the YouTube app does?
