Unfortunately LG TVs do not support DD+ (and thus ATMOS) over ARC.

Any chance of supporting the new Xbox One S for UHD? And hopefully an Xbox app rewrite, because the current one isn't that great if you have more then 10 titles....

Sure. The color when playing Dolby Vision is very desaturated and has a dark greenish tint. Skin tones are orange. Anything that is supposed to be very bright like sunlight or sky blue is usually purplish or desaturated. I tried Goodfellas and it was the same. I'm kind of wanting a refund almost, the detail is clearly 4K but something is very wrong with the color. As soon as I switch to the HDX version of the movie the color goes back to normal and looks great but the resolution is obviously lower. And yes I've tried the different Dolby Settings on the tv. There are three and they all have the same color problem.
Here is a screenshot from UHD version of the Conjuring.
In case it matters Dolby Vision on Netflix is not having this issue, and my HDR Uktra HD discs also look great wth no problems. So I think it is a Vudu app related issue.

We wil look into it, but the problem is it's hard to compare "apples to apples" since the DolbyVision content is graded by Warner and those titles are not available on other services like Netflix, etc - and also, VUDU has been offering these titles for many months with no complaints.

So: first you may want to try to calibrate your TV. The defaults for DoVi content are different for non-DoVi (ie. VUDU HDX or other services) - so you if you are viewing "Vivid", etc on non-DoVi content it may be different - maybe try calibrating while watching DoVi content? If that isn't the issue not sure what to tell you (though VUDU support will help as much as possible!) since VUDU, LG, and Warner have reviewed all of the content and from our experience it looks *really* good on the latest LG DoVi-capable OLED TVs...

Will Xbox One S be supported for UHD content?

I have tried what you stated above.

I actually used to do ISF certified calibrations before. And I have no issues with Dolby vision in Marco Polo on Netflix, just the Vudu app when playing Dolby Vision content on all three modes (vivid, bright and dark) and the app has only been available on LG OLED's for a few weeks at best. There is no mistaking the green and purple tint. I showed several non-tech family and friends some clips from Intern, Conjuring and Goodfellas. They reactions all seemed pretty similar. "wow the detail is amazing" followed by "what is wrong with the color?"
The HDR content on Ultra HD discs also plays great with no color issues. My LG model is the 65" E6 if it matters.

Is there any type of timetable for Samsung 4k tv's to be added to the mix? Also will the xbox 1 S coming in August be capable of playing UHD through my tv? Do not like Roku and see no reason to subscribe simply because VUDU generally uses them for access. Their service is deplorable and the constant updates cause most apps, especially Netflix, to require deletion and reload.

I have a Roku 4, and am finally getting good internet (100 down cable), I may have to try these 2160p titles out. I really dont care about DV or HDR at this point, so just getting the UHD stream would be fine.

Are these 2160p/24 from the Roku 4?

I just bought a new 2016 LG 4K TV, the 49UH6100. Everything seems to be updated, yet I don't have the UHD option. I'm downloading a firmware update manually to try via USB at the moment. Any reason other than that why UHD wouldn't be an option for me?

The app is being rolled out gradually since it's on an entirely new platform - it may be a couple weeks before it's on all 2016 LG WebOS 3.0 TVs.
