Superman, a banner across the top of the TV was displayed with logos for UHD, HDR, and ATMOS, yet the movie is not activating HDR10 on my TV.

I also noticed the first post was edited a couple of days ago and the 2016 KS TVs are still listed as not being able to process HDR10 with the Vudu app. So I want to confirm that the app on my TV cannot playback in HDR10, regardless of what the notification banner states.
The "Hdr video is playing" banner really doesn't pop up anymore except on Amazon with recent firmware updates. I hope Samsung updates as of now all UHD movies show the colorful icon for the KS series even one's not on the list of 36 titles.

When will the Sony X900E get added to this list?

        Hey there.

I recently reached out to support, but I tend to get impatient when it comes to a lack of, well, support.

I own a Samsung 2016 KU6 Series Smart TV. Up until a month ago (or so), I could see what movies I owned in UHD both on a 1080p desktop (have since upgraded to 4K) and my 4K smart tv. Now UHD movies I own have disappeared altogether and Vudu says I only own SD/HDX. Considering I specifically bought 4K Blu-Ray for the digital copy as well, this is a bit bothering.

I owned Suicide Squad in UHD for months. Now it's only available in SD/HDX, so I'm obviously confused.

What's going on here? Notably, I can't buy UHD movies through the Vudu app on a 4K desktop or 4K smart tv either.

I have reviewed your account and you do now own any UHD content. Suicide Squad was acquired in HDX quality.

Hello, this is a request for HDR support to be added to TiVO Bolt. I rely on this box as an all-in-one and would really appreciate if this request is seen. I have recently sold an Apple TV to cut down on devices so that I can use my TiVO for my movie watching. I am excited to use Vudu as my main movie app once HDR support s added to the TiVO Bolt Vudu app. Thanks.

And Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales? I'm literally looking at the physical 4K copy that came with a digital code right now. Prior to a few weeks ago, I owned it in UHD (with the flashy orange UHD icon above it when I was browsing my movies).

That movie is in HDX as well. The orange UHD tab means that the movie is available in UHD, not that you necessarily own it in UHD. Once you click on a movie, it will say "YOU OWN..." and the qualities you have access to.

before Vudu could even send HDR from the Bolt app, TiVo would need to enable HDR output on their devices. Which they haven't yet. And the Bolt has been out for over 25 months now.

All the Bolts are ready for HDR:

Hello, I see that Vudu now supports HDR10 (yay). I have the Roku Ultra that will do HDR10. When I go to all UHD movies on VUDU, the *HDR is still grayed out. I've updated the Roku to the latest version so I'm not sure what else I need to do. Anyone else have this problem? VUDU, do you know what I should do?

Make sure to check the Warner Bros. titles because those seem to be the only UHD ones that have HDR-10. I was hoping that Vudu would just turn on HDR-10 for all UHD Dolby Vision titles but they had to make it more difficult for customers by only having Warner Bros. titles with HDR-10 availability.

                          83 UHD
                          857 HDX
                          2 SD

I have a Sony xbr65x900e, along with an Nvidia Shield TV box. Supposedly I should be able to watch UHD with HDR. My question is, the HDR logo is never highlighted, only the Dolby Atmos. Why can't I watch 4k UHD with HDR via my Nvidia Shield with my Sony TV?

                              Thanks!

That's very strange as I'm using the Roku Ultra as well and those titles are showing as HDR-10. I would call Vudus technical support to see what might be the issue in your case.
