Only if you have Hydra installed on the TiVo. I downgraded my Bolt Vox from Hydra to the previous version because I didn't like Hydra so I can't confirm.

        190 UHD
        819 HDX
        3 SD

Okay, thanks. I'm planning on using Hydra when I get the Tivo Bolt VOX, but want to be 100% sure that the Vudu app is getting HDR. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Vudu, if it's true that your app now has HDR on Tivo, please update your "Compatible Devices List" to reflect this. Thanks!

Vudu doesn't respond or update the list, but I myself can now confirm that the Vudu app on the Tivo Bolt VOX includes HDR. I purchased the Bolt and tested it last night.

It works perfectly on my CCU. 4k Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos. No problems. Just tested it.

There is a workaround for this and it works great (besides the search function being disabled).

                      Look around as to how.

                        Jeffrey or Jake,

Is the Android TV Vudu app using some kind of different "stream" for UHD content on Vudu than the Apple TV 4K and Chromecast Ultra? It looks dramatically different on Android TV than the other two.

I have a Dolby Vision display, if it matters

                          DenverMark,

I hope you haven't "downgraded" to the 700 yet. If not, all you need to do it get a Roku Ultra player, and problem solved. Plus it would be a lot cheaper than getting another 4K player. The Roku Ultra is between $80, and $110 depending on where you buy it. It was $99 for me at Best Buy. Anyway, Vudu on it plays in full 4K, Dolby Atmos, and HDR on most 4K displays (definitely Sony Android TVs).

There's still problems playing Atmos with a Roku ultra and Vudu. I can play the free Atmos demo but playing the new blade runner gives you hdr 4k but no Dolby Atmos. The Dolby Atmos demo shows 7.1 in the description and works. Blade runner shows Atmos and does not on my onkyo tx-nr656. I paid for a uhd movie that had Atmos and they change the format of what's output so that my receiver can't decipher it. It's ridiculous.

Roku can't even play Atmos for Netflix but Netflix can play Atmos through shield supposedly.

Roku is dead to me. I've owned 4 Roku boxes. And they have become the Walmart of media boxes. I'm getting a Nvidia shield box and switching for good.
