    TED 2 Needs UV Enabling

    Dear Vudu,

Once again, and like a broken record, I must request that you UV enable a movie on a new-release day.

Ted 2 and Ted 2 Unrated are both already UV enabled on MGO and CinemaNow. (because they "GET IT")

Please put someone, who is professional and not lazy, in charge of UV enabling going forward because it's honestly ridiculous at this point.

It's even more amazing that customers like us have to continually come onto their forums and beg them each week to do what they're supposed to do automatically like the competition does.

It'd be one thing if they had them UV enabled later in the day on release day on occasion but we both know that sometimes it takes DAYS for them to do it, which makes NO SENSE considering how much they PROMOTE the UV sharing aspect on the site.

and then cue the blame it on the studios response which I love lol. No excuse for a major studio release that is UV enabled on every other service not to be ready to go on Vudu. And your right they wanted us to share our movies so badly well we would love to if they would get their act together.

I would say this one is in the works as it has a redeem option available

That being said i wonder sometimes why everyone gets so upset about this. Its just a movie and sometimes i see people bashing VUDU over UV rights and what other companies do or dont offer. it will happen and if you dont like how slow Vudu is to grant said UV rights use a different service if you protest with your wallet then they would have to take notice

I don't think upset is the word. I think frustration is the word. There is zero excuse for them not to have this ready to go on digital release date. If every service didn't have it they I would understand. The begged for us to share our collection and we did but we can't share this movie on digital release date. It has led to issues in the past for me when members of our UV group wanted to watch and couldn't so they ended up wasting money and purchasing it.

That being said Vudu is the best streaming service hands down and I have too much invested in Vudu to switch to another provider plus half of my UV group is not computer savy and would be a nightmare having them switch to MGO. Also Vudu having DMA is another reason why I wouldn't switch to an MGO that doesn't have it. I like all my movies in one spot.

All I want is someone to be in charge of getting UV movies enabled on digital release date. That is the whole benefit to having an early digital release.
