Men in Black Trilogy - 4K Code Redeems HD

    Please fix.

    #2
We do not offer the UHD bundle, therefore the codes will only redeem at HDX.

This is why bundles need to be unbundled when purchased. No reason this shouldn't give UHD when the titles are already UHD... I mean, it's only smart thinking.

Please add this trilogy in UHD so code redemption works properly through your website. Doing so only makes sense because it would be doing right by your customers.

Okay, looks like we got permission to offer the 4k trilogy. This will be up soon, no ETA.

I appreciate you checking on this. Would it be possible to offer the Hellboy Animated bundle in UHD as well?

Has this been fixed? The redemption spreadsheet still shows Vudu redeeming in HDX.

Nope, not fixed. UHD is still not available here: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...Bundle-/340775

It has now been an entire month since you stated this and the MIB Trilogy still has not been updated to offer UHD purchases / UHD code redemptions.

You somehow managed to add the 4-film bundle for purchase in UHD on June 11th, though, which tells me that the Trilogy really should have had UHD purchasing / redemption enabled by now.

This shouldn't be dragging out this long, and wouldn't be if it were any other digital retailer. Why is it that everything VUDU does lately seems to make customers as unhappy and disenfranchised as humanly possible? It has gotten to that point.

Uh, that's a tad bit hyperbolic, don't you think?

How often do they do things the right way anymore? Within the realm of fulfilling BASIC obligations to customers / working hard to compete against other digital retailers they have badly lost their way. I stand by what I said as it pertains to making an effort to please customers and keeping up with their digital competitors. They care a tiny sliver as much as they did 4-5 years ago, and it shows in the plethora of little things that continuously fail to get taken care. One such example is the failure in recent weeks of several sale prices to load correctly on Tuesday morning when sales go live. It is often several hours or even days before many prices are corrected to reflect appropriate pricing, which was the case for several monthly $6.99 titles just this week. Another example is the overwhelmingly large number of titles in 4K (or even HD) that are unavailable at VUDU but that are available pretty much everywhere else.

It also shows in major things like being at least somewhat culpable for MA rights deletions / downgrades (at least 224 deletions & 3 downgrades for me personally) that never should have happened back in early April. To ice the cake, they've allowed those deletions and downgrades to fester for months without publicly acknowledging that there is a problem or making a serious / strong attempt to work with MA and/or UV to rectify the problem in a quick and responsible manner. Their attitude towards customers has become one of obvious indifference, and I'm not the only one who has grown tired of it. They used to have great customer support, but not anymore.
