They added two of the 4 new volumes of Spirit, when all competitors got all 4 new volumes.... another clear mistake (they did add volume 5 today though, which is encouraging). And now this, a major release available at competitors this past week, but no comment as to whether we could see it here or not, at least let us know you're looking into it. I will continue to use and support VUDU, I want them to succeed, but it would be a lie to say this hasn't been exhausting trying to help improve the service and ensure content is up-to-date with studios they at least have relationships with. Don't get me started on all the missing seasons of shows that could easily be fixed, I have the studio contacts and am happy to provide if they need them.

    I think the biggest issue is that VUDU doesn't realize some users actually are informed on issues, and are only trying to help. I may sound critical, but it's only because I want the service to be the best it can be.
    You echo the same thoughts as me. Vudu is the only streamer I normally watch stuff on. I won't buy titles at other streamers unless it was UV or is MA, so I can watch via Vudu, if it's not, I will always buy from Vudu instead, unless something I love is a higher quality elsewhere, and one day will port in... I have a few titles that are SD here, but bought HD elsewhere, just waiting...... and waiting.....

      I'm hoping TV Anywhere actually becomes a thing, because they may actually start getting more content if so. It happened when Movies Anywhere launched, although not a major change, we did see some additions that should have been here to begin with.

        Can a VUDU rep please comment on whether this is being looked into? or will we need to buy elsewhere? I don't understand why we can't get an update either way. You have customers who are wanting to buy something, willing to help with contacts, etc, but we we remain ignored.

                  VUDU, can you please let us know what is going to happen regarding this title? It's on sale on iTunes for 29.99 right now, if VUDU isn't going to add it, please let us know so we can buy elsewhere. I don't want to buy it on iTunes only to see it added days later to VUDU if you are in the process of looking into it.

                    VUDU, can we please get any type of update on this? I don't understand why this can't be sold here, but can be sold at all competitors. I really want to buy it here, I did buy on iTunes, but I want to have as much as my collection on here as possible.

                      Warner Brothers catalog titles have always been an issue on vudu, either content missing entirely or only available in standard definition.

                      With the UltraViolet shutdown, WB movies and tv shows were my biggest issue with respect to content not importing into vudu - stuff that has been available for over 6-7 years elsewhere. Scooby-Doo shows have always had some issues becoming available on vudu, Be Cool Scooby Doo season 1 was stuck partially completed for what seemed like an eternity.

                      I always wondered if this was due to some sort of rivalry between vudu and WB's flixster service?!? Who knows! Even now with flixster gone there seem to be many lingering issues regarding WB content availability. Not for major blockbuster releases, but for smaller releases like this new Scooby release, or other catalog titles.
