Young Justice Season 3 New Episodes not added?

Hello, I bought Young Justice Season 3 awhile ago. The studio released half of the season January 25 and started releasing the other half of the season on July 2nd, but these new episodes are not showing up on Vudu yet. can this please be corrected as the entire season 3 was bought! Thank you!

Unfortunately the release only includes part one of season 3, part two of seasons 3 will be available for separate purchase later this year.

Not really thrilled with that response - I feel that it is deceiving as I bought Season 3. Not Season 3, Part 1.
I get that they were putting it out in 2 parts, but when you buy a full season of something you should get the entire season - not just half, and then later find out that it was only the first part, with another payment needed for a second part.

I agree, I would hope we get the second part since that is technically what was sold based on the listing at VUDU saying season 3 and not volume or part 1. But realistically, I expect they will just change the labeling once the second part releases. It's labeled that way on iTunes, and I checked with the studio and they said it was part 1 only for all retailers even if the listing doesn't reflect that specifically. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet, but who knows, maybe we'll be surprised and they add it to it. Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. Either way, we won't be seeing the episodes until they finish their streaming schedule on exclusive service before being put up for sale.

While I agree that is probably what will happen, it is deception. If they change the label AFTER we already bought it as Season 3, then ethically (and I would think legally) they should be giving us the entire Season 3. It was bought as advertised as the entire season, not just part of it. If they relabel and sell separately a part 2 to the same season then they were deceptive in their sales (whether intentionally or unintentionally) and that is not right or just. The buyer should not have to pay again for a second part when they bought the entire season to begin with.

I would love someone officially from Vudu to respond. FelipeF can you please weigh in so we are not just speculating? Thanks!

Part 2 of Season 3 will be sold separately as instructed by the studio. ETA is sometime in September.

That is disappointing to hear as it was false advertising for Vudu to sell Season 3 as Season 3 (not Season 3, Part 1). How is it that it is legal for Vudu to sell it that way, then turn around (by studio order or not) to then separate it into two different sales when it was already bought with the advertising that it was the entire season?

I also noticed they now changed the title to say Young Justice Season 3, Part 1. That is not what I bought, I bought Season 3!!!

Stuff happens... This is not the first time this has happened to a TV show and won't be the last. Studio maximizing their profits I guess.

Still doesn?t seem legal. And definitely not ethical.
