    I wish I had a magic wand that I could wave and fix all of the pending issues but that's not reality. What is happening is that Walmart engineers have been given the task to resolve this issue. We have to wait until the fix is tested and then released. That is reality. I do not have an ETA on when this will occur. I can only continue to ask when this will finally happen and relay that information to you all.

      All in-store confirmations are from store purchases. Various people send me screenshots after making a successful in-store purchase. As to Dark Phoenix, it does give IW, but sometimes only a particular disc gives the IW (the 4K and not the Bluray, for example - or only the BR with the Walmart Funko Pop doll promotion attached). Dark Phoenix is shown to be working in-store.

        I just purchased The Death And Return Of Superman: The Complete Film Collection Giftset (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital Copy) from Walmart.com and successfully received Instawatch copy within minutes of purchase. However, the Instawatch copy was only HD instead of UHD.

          Yes - almost all InstaWatch are HD, not UHD. Even when from 4K titles. Not certain why this is - but you can typically only expect HD from IW at best.

            The engineer in charge of this project has notified me that they have rolled out the fix sometime last week. Walmart.com orders should now give IW once again. Please let me know if you guys are still having issues with this. Sorry that it took this long.

              Angry Birds Movie 2 & Dora and the Lost City of Gold do not give IW with online purchase. They supposed to be IW. New release online purchase broken again?!?

                My last in-store instawatch did not work. I opened a support ticket. The ticket has been open since late November . It?s been escalated twice and is still in limbo.

                the movie is Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald. The ticket number is: Incident: 191202-001792

                FelipeF, your help would be most appreciated. We?re going on month 2!

                    I replied to your email. Thank you for looking into it. Does this include both UPC codes? Both the one actually printed on the disc and the sticker that the store placed over it?
