STAR TREK:BEYOND OF STAR TREK TRILOGY NOT REDEEMING 4K

The new 4K STAR TREK TRILOGY, one code doesn't redeem 4K at VUDU (it does at iTunes, but it's not MA, so that doesn't help)

The other two codes DO redeem 4K at VUDU

STAR TREK and STAR TREK DARKNESS both redeem 4K at VUDU from code.

STAR TREK BEYOND does not redeem 4K at VUDU. Code throws an error.

That would explain why Paramount won't issue replacement codes for Star Trek Beyond from their 4K disc. They did for the other 2, not this one. I'll hold off on buying the new set until these redeem.

The 4K code does not redeem at all at VUDU. It throws a "SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT" error code. It doesn't even redeem incorrectly as HD.

Confirmed. Same problem with my Beyond code from the new Kelvin Timeline trilogy set. "SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT"

I'm also still waiting to redeem. It just keeps throwing a "Something's not right" error for the 4K code from the Kelvin 4K release.

The studio has stated that this title is not to be setup for 4k redemption for whatever reason.

FelipeF, if that were true, then it wouldn't redeem 4K elsewhere, which it does. This is more likely an error on Vudu's end (once again) as Vudu had a short time promotion for Star Trek Beyond in 4K with VIZIO and when they shut that down seems to have locked up or screwed up any future 4K redeem for it.
Please stop passing the blame and get your company to properly fix, at least some, of the issues that keep increasing by the minute with the closure of Ultraviolet.

To be clear - it's not redeeming at ALL. Not SD, not HD, not 4K. Not at all. Please fix.

We have tested this several times, it redeems HDX.

The problem we seem to be having with this code is not that it is not redeeming 4K, but that it is not redeeming at all. Would you please push back on Paramount on this one for us? Thanks you!

FelipeF, there is a new 4K release of the Star Trek Trilogy that has all three codes on one code sheet and the codes for Star Trek (2009) and Star Trek: Into the Darkness do redeem for 4K versions of those movies here on Vudu. The individual 4K releases of Star Trek (2009) and Star Trek: Into the Darkness redeem HDX versions here on Vudu.

As far as Star Trek: Beyond is concerned. The individual Star Trek: Beyond 4K release does redeem HDX but the one from the new 4K Star Trek trilogy release throws the "Something's not right" error code. It is a different code and I can guarantee you that this code was intended to redeem in 4K here on Vudu but Vudu has something set-up incorrectly. I can provide you with this code sheet if you like.

Here are the 4K releases for clarity:

Star Trek (2009) - Released June 14th, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.
Star Trek: Into the Darkness - Released June 14th, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.
Star Trek: Beyond - Released November 1st, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.

Star Trek Trilogy - Released July 15th, 2019 - Includes codes for Star Trek (2009), Star Trek: Into the Darkness, and Star Trek: Beyond. All 3 movies are listed on one code sheet and 2 out of the 3 movies listed redeem 4K versions on Vudu. Star Trek: Beyond throws a "Something's not right" error code.

This is a perfect explanation of the situation, and if it doesn't get the issue fixed nothing will. Although, it'll take some initiative and a drive to do right by their customers for VUDU to get the job done.

In other words - we're borked.
