The codes from THIS set get you the movies in UHD on Vudu.
    https://www.amazon.com/Star-Trek-Tri.../dp/B07RX2K38M

Only Star Trek: Beyond includes extras though.

As per the discussion in the other thread, if you want the extras for Star Trek (2009) you need to also buy the standard Blu D+D bundle (it is cheaper than buying the HDX copies) to get the extras as they are only available in said bundle. The bundle is not available in UHD from Vudu.

If you buy the older, single movie UHD releases, the codes will only redeem in HDX on Vudu.

It's fixed now! I guess the studio is allowing it to be set up for 4k redemption. Thanks Felipe.

I am half tempted to send it back to Amazon. If you are selling 4k media and the digital code doesn't work, it's a faulty product.
Paramount is the worst of all studios to make things right with regard to digital codes. I spent months and months trying to get them to give me a new UHD code for one of the Star Trek titles that was redeeming UHD after a couple of years but only redeemed HD at the time I purchased the disc. I had to call and speak with someone from the digital department and even then it took months after that. I think they finally gave me a new code because of all my pestering, otherwise they never would have done the right thing.

    285 UHD
    820 HDX
    3 SD

edited: missed that he was asking about the individual releases as this thread is about the boxed "Kelvin Timeline" release recently

I can confirm this as well FelipeF

Are you referring to the old codes from years ago or the new TRILOGY code which is what this thread is about???? Because the other 2 titles DO REDEEM 4K UHD here on Vudu from that new 4K TRILOGY set that was just released. I think you're going off old info from the original releases.

This is a perfect explanation of the situation, and if it doesn't get the issue fixed nothing will. Although, it'll take some initiative and a drive to do right by their customers for VUDU to get the job done.

In other words - we're borked.

FelipeF, there is a new 4K release of the Star Trek Trilogy that has all three codes on one code sheet and the codes for Star Trek (2009) and Star Trek: Into the Darkness do redeem for 4K versions of those movies here on Vudu. The individual 4K releases of Star Trek (2009) and Star Trek: Into the Darkness redeem HDX versions here on Vudu.

As far as Star Trek: Beyond is concerned. The individual Star Trek: Beyond 4K release does redeem HDX but the one from the new 4K Star Trek trilogy release throws the "Something's not right" error code. It is a different code and I can guarantee you that this code was intended to redeem in 4K here on Vudu but Vudu has something set-up incorrectly. I can provide you with this code sheet if you like.

Here are the 4K releases for clarity:

Star Trek (2009) - Released June 14th, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.
Star Trek: Into the Darkness - Released June 14th, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.
Star Trek: Beyond - Released November 1st, 2016 - Code from this 4K release redeems HDX on Vudu.

Star Trek Trilogy - Released July 15th, 2019 - Includes codes for Star Trek (2009), Star Trek: Into the Darkness, and Star Trek: Beyond. All 3 movies are listed on one code sheet and 2 out of the 3 movies listed redeem 4K versions on Vudu. Star Trek: Beyond throws a "Something's not right" error code.

The problem we seem to be having with this code is not that it is not redeeming 4K, but that it is not redeeming at all. Would you please push back on Paramount on this one for us? Thanks you!
