Best of Chappelle's Show is Missing Content!

I bought "The Best of Chappelle's Show Uncensored" a while back, and when I watched it last week, I found that the ONE SKETCH I was mainly looking forward to is missing - namely the "Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories featuring Rick James" (all the sketches in this compilation are funny as hell, but the Rick James sketch is the funniest one of all IMO and the sketch I mainly bought this for)! I feel ripped off, as here is the Vudu synopsis:
Catch twenty-five of Dave's greatest sketches from the first three seasons of his hit show on this one-disc gem, which contains some of Dave's most memorable sketches, such as the Clayton Bigsby: Blind White Supremacist, Black Bush, Mad Real World, Samuel Jackson Beer, Keeping it Real, and the unforgettable Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories featuring Rick James.

The Rick James sketch is on the DVD (you can see that the Amazon website specifically lists this sketch in the product description too), and it should have been included on the Vudu version too.

EDIT: I just opened a ticket with Vudu ... Let me compliment the excellent support! After verifying my issue, they are escalating this to the content team to collaborate with the studio, so we'll see what happens.

I was curious how it was even possible that the content could be different... it looks like the Rick James sketch is an "extra" on the DVD, not part of the main content, and the summary provided is just the one from the DVD (should probably be changed unless/until the extras could be added).

Interesting ... and that would explain it; although why they would make the "flagship episode" an extra feature is beyond me. I wonder how the studio will handle it ... My guess is they will neither add it to the main content nor add it as a special feature (in which case I will ask for a refund - I have all the full seasons on DVD anyway); but I hope I'm wrong.

        And the results are in:
        (From Vudu)

The content team reached out to the studio about this. The studio looked into it, but it turns out adding the Rick James sketch to the digital copy is more complex than expected, so they can't add it. They instead updated the synopsis of the Best of Chappelle's show, and it will have the reference to Rick James sketch removed.

        Bummer . . .
