The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Everyone has been polite and professional but I still dont have my movies in my library or a reason why.

    Alot of times even thou the movie is instantwatch it has a upc that has a different upc stickered over it. Is it a movie that has a pasted on upc? If so you need to do a few things. I've dealt with instawatch since day 1. A copy of your receipt - screen shots of the instawatch sticker - a full copy of the blu-ray and the movie with the case etc. I would even put a copy of the receipt with the blu-ray beside each other. Also get a good shot of the TC number so they can research it. What happens next is it gets sent to engineering to find out why it didn't get added. If it should of been added they will have to generate you some new codes which also takes a day or two. I have no idea why they haven't responded but I also have had an issue that is now going on 3 months and it is still waiting on engineering to be looked into. However about 40 of the other cases have been fixed so what you can do is call them and ask for an update. If they give you its been escalated then that is all any rep on the phone can do for you. If its a recent movie it should be done pretty fast. If its a tv show or older title it may take longer (I don't work here but i have been on the forums for a long time and that is generally what happens when there is an issue)

      just 2 movies 1. Bone tomahawk 2. A walk in the woods not pasted on UPC codes. I have done the pics (some 2 times at request). Neither movie has been added to my library and I have not been given a reason as to the problem other than its been moved on to promotions.
