    How long does insta watch take?

    Bought movies last week Scouts Guide, Sicario.... Sicario showed up withing minutes still waiting for Scouts Guide to show up. This week Bought The Martian, Hotel Transylvania 2, Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension and these are still not in my movies. I emailed vudu and never heard back it's been over 24 hrs. How long should I wait for the movies to get loaded?

    Remember with Vudu you need to call (888-554-8838) as I can't think of a single instance where I got a response to an email from Vudu. It could be that they take a long time and I just ran out of patience?

      Nothing insta about insta watch. I believe I am done trying those tagged insta watch. My last venture with insta watch and email/phone support was not speedy and I thought I had found a different and pleasant approach by the forum admin but I see my last post for help was deleted. so Good luck

        Yea I noticed that. It seems nothing ever works right with Vudu. What a waste... and now they want me to send everything as well as my next born child just to get something they promise. What a way of false advertisement!

          Couple thins which have been discussed in InstaWatch threads already.

          Rule of thumb if it doesn't show up in an hour it's not likely to soon.

          Some titles are not listed as InstaWatch but are and will show up.

          If 3D and 2D are listed as InstaWatch the 2D usually regularly goes through, the 3D often NOT.

          Instawatch is being offered on a "pre-order" purchase and in some cases isn't INSTANT WATCH until the movie ships from the warehouse weeks later when it's release.

          When it comes to new releases here's my method. If it's already shipping on Blu-Ray, or it's already on Buy Now (but not Rent Now) on Vudu I will purchase on Walmart.Com even if it doesn't state Instant Watch. If it doesn't show in my library within a few hours I just cancel the order with Walmart.Com before it ships.

            Well it's been almost 2 weeks since I filed a complaint with Vudu about several movies not loading from insta watch. Gave them everything they wanted.... 3 easy steps is a LIE! Now they tell me it has to go up to another dept for them to research it and see if they can fix it. REALLY????

              The positive side is that if you got a dvd you may wind up with hdx.

              I would say post the movie and reference number and a forum admin may help you. But the last time I did I received a threat of forum ban but mine was not a 2 week old case.

                I have done many cases for instawatch issues, i have found a few things that can help you. when you do your case send all pictures right away. then if no response in 5 working days call back. I stress that you should CALL not email or use the forums. Then if that does not work post a new post here in the forums. Also stay respectful if you get rude in your forum post its not likely to be taken seriously.
