I have Ex Machina in my movies and now vudu says i own it in UHD but i cannot strream in UHD nor does it list UHD for the specs at the bottom of the product page. Other customers are seeing the same thing for other movies such as Ghostbusters movies, Labyrinth, Sausage Party. Why are you granting UHD rights when you do not have UHD copies to stream? Is this temporary?

UHD rights for movies without UHD to stream

These were imported from UV before it is fully shut down - we recently added a feature to import titles/versions that weren't yet available on the Vudu service, so you would not lose the rights.
Since you have the rights in Vudu now, once the titles are added in UHD (this is ongoing, but can't give dates on specific titles) you will be able to stream them on the service.

I actually have a title owned in HD where VUDU only offers SD (the Lorax 1972). I assume this will be the same situation and once VUDU acquires the rights to HD, it will be available for streaming.

A simple solution would be to offer free upgrades. Apple iTunes has done it for nearly 2 years now without any issue. It seems to be working great for them. People are always talking about iTunes and $5 movies. I'd love to see it offered by Vudu. I'm not sure why they wouldn't be able to get the same deal or one similar. It would really bring Vudu back into the forefront..

Will there be another wave of titles with rights porting in?
